I had a reservation at the Hercules storage site on that day at 830am. If I didn’t call to confirm I would have gone there with no truck because the return from the previous customer was going to be at 12 pm. Too late for our needs. I had to call U-Haul to find another location to accommodate our needs.

JOSE lVery limited parking. Drop off location is a convenience store with only one employee in attendance so had to wait while he took care of the customers in the store before he could check me out. Attendant was pleasant.
