The guy told me I had 4 days to return but if I returned early it would be discounted. When I asked the guy after drop off he said this was not true. I picked the 4 days thinking I was getting a return. Pick up was at a liquor store also. Thought that was weird.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat Customer Service. Easy return and exchange. I had to go a ways out to pickup and return both times. But both were available here.
Elizabeth WThe guy was friendly. My service was great. Had what I needed. And easy return and exchange.
Elizabeth WOur experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient, and the drop-off process was fast and hassle-free. At this time, I have no suggestions for improvement. Please continue providing the same high level of customer service.
