TAMIR RWhen I went to pick up the cargo trailer, the office was closed, once the ladies returned about 40 minutes later, the experience was OK. Utilizing the car trailer the right ratchet either needs to be replaced or better maintained. Had a very hard time loosening the strap once I reached my destination

SHIREY HProvide the truck where they say it should be. Had to drive 120 miles to pick it up! Nightmare when you’re moving the next day!
brett dThe people were wonderful. I had a very hard time disconnecting the trailer I rented from hitch. It was the new type of disconnect module and I actually had to call friends to help me get it off.
Melissa PI think if the client is present, they should be able to help check you in or out. It’ll be a lot quicker than sending links and having to upload pictures. That’s one part I don’t like about the process that I would change.
Leticia VCustomer service was terrible and i got a call, voicemail, text and email saying i didnt return the equipment when i did i put the keys in the drop box because the location was close upon my return time. I had the vehicle less than an hour

GREGORY BApparently bugs on the windshield is ok. If the back is dirty, we get charged $ 25.00. Believe.....a clean windshield would make a world of difference.
Ken BI was dropping off a trailer and didn't know where to park it. The female employee was helping another customer when I came in so gentleman working on the lot directed me on where to park the trailer. The female said she would email a receipt. I dropped the trailer off and by noon I had not received a receipt, so I called and got voicemail. I ended up driving back down to the dealer to ask for a receipt and had to wait in line for a half hour. Would have been much easier if I had received the emailed receipt.

Jerry HIf they make a reservation on line make sure that the reps know that the u hauls around them have them. Instead of making them drive a ridiculous amount of time out of their way.
jeanette mThe truck had the wrong amount of gas as the paperwork said if I would not of checked I'd had to pay for someone else gas . The AC did not work thank God I only used this truck an hour it was 100 degrees here . But I was still charged full price for uhaul . The people are great very nice it's not the people it's uhual .

Casey WThe girl that helped me seemed preoccupied and when hooking up the trailer yo my hitch she hit my car and said nothing. My son inlaw was there and asked if he could help and she geabed the trailer and hit mt car. I was in my SUV and he was with her. He didn't tell me till we were leaving, knowing i was gonna be mad. Mad at the fact she was rude after taking the picture and walked off and never said a word about scrapping my SUV me. Won't go back to this location

DAVID SThe 24/7 renting/pickup could be explained better. I was waiting for some sort of message to tell me my locker code. I didn't realize I had to go to U-Haul.com, set up account, enter my reservation number, provide photos, and 3 contacts because of out of state DL, before I would get a key code. My plan to start at 7am turned into 8:30. 😖
Darrell BI was overcharged. Explanation was “it’s all about timing”. Unacceptable. I’m very disappointed with Uhaul.

CECILIA PTruck was new and in great condition, ust what we needed. Staff at location was very professional and had us on our way in record time.
Edward EThe trailer was very dirty. It had grease covering much of the floor. This grease was difficult to clean and it took me a 45 minutes to clean it up. The pick up location did not offer to clean it up but did give me packing blankets to cover it with. I decided not to do that as it would have created a trip hazard.
Keith RTerrible customer service the lady messed up on my paperwork multiple times. I had to leave the first time and go back to work because she took so long. I had to come back to get the trailer after work. Very slow, bad customer service.
