Had 2 reservations for a 10ft truck. One on a Friday and one for the following Monday. Went to pick up my rental for fhat Monday and my truck was not there. Got sent to 2 other locations, very very very disappointing

Great customer service. Easy rental process with no hassle!
DWIGHT GTHIS RATE FOR (5630 philips hwy) Location, when I arrived to drop truck and equipment, i met a u-haul employee out side before i get in to the store and he said wait next to truck i will come to help you , and then he takes long time so i went inside to ask about him , and the other employee his name Marcos i guess , he was so rude and disrespectful to me , and he refused to receive truck and equipment and he said : take the truck and do whatever you want I’m not going to receive it. I’m so upset, i had to call the police to come , cuz there was another customer as well staying in his side and both were racism to me yelling in my face , at the end the police left and told to call the management to direct me to another location and i did. I lost Time and Energy, i hope you deal with disrespectful racism employee like him. And hope to get $99 refund for an extra day charges i already allowed to , and fuel i lost because of this issue. Thx
MOHAMMED AThe gentleman came out and showed me where to park, and he even took the keys so I did not have to place them in the dropbox. They were very helpful. Much appreciative.
Kristina MThe uhaul agent is spoke to when I made the reservation told me that I just needed to go to the site andvtell the person at the store that I was there to pick up thevtruck and he would give me the key and will tell me where to drop it off in Tampa. Well, all that was not true!!! I needed a code that I couldn't or knew where to find it!! And the owner was so kind to help me get thru this 1 ans and half hr waste of my time!! Trying to get in touch w uhaul to assist me!! Finally, an agent in Florida by the name Soyo, was able to guide me thru the process and gave me the code and was able to drive off. Please train thus uhal staff on providing customers the right information.
Keyla GYou still charged me for that insurance after it was supposed to have been deleted. This rental has been such a pain and you still have not rectified the error. Unacceptable.

CRYSTAL WI had a reservation for a 8:30pm thinking it would be easier and faster. Once arrived the gentleman in the BP did not know how to help me grab the truck. I called U-Haul and was on the phone for over an hour trying to figure out why my app wasn’t showing a pick-up my truck option.
