You still charged me for that insurance after it was supposed to have been deleted. This rental has been such a pain and you still have not rectified the error. Unacceptable.

Make sure gas in da truck

I had a reservation for a 8:30pm thinking it would be easier and faster. Once arrived the gentleman in the BP did not know how to help me grab the truck. I called U-Haul and was on the phone for over an hour trying to figure out why my app wasn’t showing a pick-up my truck option.
