The truck lights didn't work well at all, a new windshield was put on this truck and it leaked while in Florida in the rain, and the A/C wouldn't blow but down and the top of the windshield, was not a good trip with truck at this time.

Alicia Burgess1. Rear RH light on the auto transport (platform) was blown. Turn signal and stop light worked properly. 2. Release the car was so difficult because of the strap ratchet was so rusty 3. A big water leak (like waterfall) on driver’s and passenger’s side was detected. Totally annoying.

Omari JonesTruck not in good shape as I left in return comments. Equipment I ordered (dollies) was not included and very disappointing which added to our work of moving significantly. I then had to call and await a return call the next day to refute the charges for this equipment.

DAVID WILSONI rented a truck on 8/6 from this location to move. The gentlemen said he checked the truck before I pulled off the lot but not sure how much he checked it due to truck being in the same spot backed in against the building close to another 10 foot truck. The truck looked clean upfront. I got to my residence, pulled up the door and a roach was crawling across the wall inside truck. I killed the roach and other roaches started to come out of the back of the truck. I ha e pictures to proof of at least six roaches killed which I left in the back of the truck so the gentlemen at the location can see it due to the fact he didn't believe it as he told the rep on 800 uhaul number, told the rep he didn't have another truck to give but when I returned my truck, the same truck, same size was still there. I really feel I should be compensated in some way due to the fact I don't know if any of my personal belongings roaches got into and carry any roaches into my new residence. The roaches are evidently in the walls of the truck. It needs to be fumigated. My reservation number was 26302943. I was very disappointed.
Tamika BogganWorst experience ever I didn’t get the truck because no one was at location to give me keys. I called for 2 hrs straight trying to get my reservation transferred. Then I aaked for a refund and still haven’t received my money back.

William StevensThe location is unsafe for pick up after dark as there is no lighting and men jumped out from between two hauls. Also the low tire pressure light was on and after talking with customer service I was told to “just keep adding air”.

EDDIE HOLLISEverything , truck was not available , the truck that I was giving was all kinds of run down , transmission was sleeping , car doesn’t go over 50 mph. Terrible will not be back
Jan SmithThe mobile pickup is really a pain. I had trouble getting into the lock and I witnessed two other couples having issues as well. It takes a lot more effort from the customer for no savings on the customer's part. Uhaul is making a lot of work for people for no real benefit as I see it.
