The truck was horrible! Sensor light was on due to maintenance not completed. The agent at the pick up location was great. Ride was too bumpy. I’ve never had this issue before.

THe only thing that didn't work as promised was the online login. We required a clerk for our check out.

MARVIN DThe clerk was super rude and appeared to be irritated and when the customer satisfaction clerk called me to follow-up, she did not offer any assistance and accused me of reserving a 26 "ft" truck from this location. Entire experience was inhumane.
