I didn't like the fact he didn't make the contract right with the 24 hours rental order. And try to say I didn't give the vehicle back clean. Customer care .

They also had it down as if I didn’t return it and I got a threatening email to my inbox as if I didn’t return it three days after I returned it, which was alarming to me the truck was dirty and a bad shape when I got it and then I had to wait a long time to even get my truck because they were doing multiple things at the location outside of Uhaul

ANTHONY MNot sure if it’s the location’s issue but I was about 15 minutes late to pick up the truck only to have to call customer service and find out my reservation was canceled within that time with no notice whatsoever. Because it was 15 minutes late for a reservation of 4 hours. Why does it matter if I’m a little late if I’ve reserved for 4 hours? Some notice would have been nice instead of it taking me almost an hour in the hot sun to pick up the truck I reserved.
EMILY KThe truck was horrible! Sensor light was on due to maintenance not completed. The agent at the pick up location was great. Ride was too bumpy. I’ve never had this issue before.

MARVIN DThe clerk was super rude and appeared to be irritated and when the customer satisfaction clerk called me to follow-up, she did not offer any assistance and accused me of reserving a 26 "ft" truck from this location. Entire experience was inhumane.

Rodney CI thought it was a regular Uhaul shop, it was basically an emissions inspection garage. But, the attendant there was a great help, and got me setup in short time.

bobbie bthe truck broke down on me and i had to find a new way to get my things to my storage. not only did i pay almost 175 for the truck i had to find a new way to get things done and had to spend more money. very disappointed.
