Reservations were made weeks in advance for the Governor’s Drive location. When I showed up at the initial location, I was told nothing was available and I was sent to the alternate location (Up A Notch). The initial reservation was scheduled for 9 am but the new reservation was for 10am, which was a significant schedule impact. Also, the original reservation was not transferred to the new location so I had to start all over. After nearly 30 minutes on the phone with U-Haul, the owner showed up to provide me with a key. While I understood that the owner of the business had an issue that prevented him from being there on time, I am not upset with him. My concern is that U-Haul, which is usually reliable simply left me in a lurch and delayed my pickup of the truck by nearly two hours. I will not make reservations through U-Haul again if at all possible

hard to find the U-Haul sign with the barcode to scan and drop the keys. Parking was tight. It was just a drop-off so no personnel were involved.

Location was horrible. The parking lot had so many potholes. The equipment was just parked randomly making it hard to move the truck out. The original location that I booked the reservation for literally didn’t even have any trucks upon arrival on moving day. I had to try two different locations in order to secure a rental. This delayed my moving day by two hours. The actual truck I drove did not run great. The windshield was FILTHY. I could barely even see out of it. Did not have a good experience
