Manager was not there either time I went to location. A man working for the car lot was helpful but it wasn’t really his job.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe property was a former gas station with lots of junk scattered throughout. The door was locked (it was around noon) so we just took the trailer. When we were loading the car my phone rang and it was the attendant asking if we took the trailer. I told him yes and he said we had to go back to check it out which we did.
