No WiFi strength at location for promised 24/7 service over the holiday. Truck was ready but blankets and dolly were locked in office (we could see them), not in truck. To get the lockbox code for key, we had to drive back to the Crossroads just for 2 bars of signal strength. Couldn't receive verification codes needed via text or email. The 800# was helpful but kept wanting to text or email. What part of no signal strength don't they understand?? It took 48 minutes on the phone; more than an hour delay overall. This location should not advertise 24/7 service without adequate WIFI, plus we NEEDED the dolly & blankets. No response at the local #. Nowhere else to get them on Thanksgiving. As though moving over a holiday isn't stressful enough? When paying more than $600, I expect what I pay for.
