Made reservation with Roger in Estes Park. He also served me when I came to pick up the truck. He was very kind on the phone dealing with a person who couldn't decide if they wanted to reserve a truck with a credit card or not. Also very friendly to me! He is an asset to the company. The only downside was that he was the only one there, so the checkout procedure took longer than I expected.

I gave the key to a fellow at this location and he sort of grunted and walked into the office. I asked him if i needed to do anything (thinking checking the mileage, inspect the vehicle, make sure the blankets that I rented were in the unit, seeing if I went over the mileage) and he said no and walked into the office. So I don't know what kind of charges I might be getting and not knowing if after paying at the pick up point, I am good to go.

My truck had dog hair, empty soda cans, and food crumbs all over the cab which was surprising and disappointing, especially given the COVID19 situation. Cleaning the truck between users should be a given. I also did not appreciate the number of times I was told "sorry, but your truck is no longer available at this location". I was tossed around to 3 different locations within the final 24 hours of my moving day. My reservation was in no way honored, despite having made the reservation 3 weeks in advance of my moving day and ended up driving an hour away to pick up my truck. I complained about my service multiple times and said I was frustrated and disappointed and nobody seemed to care. This was my first time using UHaul services and I think it will be my last. Did not feel like an appreciated customer at all.

The young man working here while his dad recovered from surgery was excellent. I spoke to him a couple times on the phone before renting. He helped save me money and shared local information about the days and time the dump was open. I noticed they rent passenger vans and SUV's also.

Don't make your customers go a 100 miles out of the way to pick up the u-haul. That's pretty sad that a customer has to pick up the u-haul that far away. Hire some more damn employs so they can deliver the u-haul to the location where the customer originally contracted through.

I had a good experience except for 1 major issue. I went to pick up my truck at 10am but I only received the keys at 11am because there was a terrible system problem and U-Haul was unable to process my booking for such a long time. I had to speak to one person, who then gave up and transferred me to someone else, the next person also gave up and had to put me on hold and get her manager and then finally after about an hour of waiting time they finally got things sorted out on their end. I was rather annoyed from the wait and no form of compensating was given to me in return for this inconvenience.

I received a call the day before my pickup to inform me that my rental had to be picked up from a location an hour away and that was the closest. An hour before leaving to pick it up the next day, I received a call telling me they don't have my equipment and they can't get ahold of corporate and don't have time to keep trying to get the issue resolved. I ended up then spending almost 2 hours trying to get ahold of anyone that could tell me where a rental IS available. When I finally was connected to the right person, I was told the rental was now an hour and a half away. I was told I would be credited miles and only have to pay $60 for the time I would have the truck because of the inconvenience. When I picked up my rental, it was a smaller size than what I reserved, and the cab was dirty with crackers under the seats. Also, they did not have the utility dolly I reserved. When I returned the rental, my credit card was charged $91.64. When I attempted to call and dispute the charge, I was placed on hold for almost 30 minutes before I hung up. I still expect my reimbursement and have half a mind to demand a full refund based on the terrible service and awful experience I had. This is the first time using uhaul that I've had a bad experience and will more than likely not be using uhaul again because of it.

It took two calls to customer service and over an hour for us to finally get the keys. The mobile app did not inform us that the keys were in the lock box or provide the lock box code. Then when we were finally able to get the key from the lock box, the key was to a different truck, not the one indicated on the mobile app. That required an additional call to customer service to sort things out. Do better with your mobile app, U-haul.

Uptop towing was great. Uhauls reservations system ruined it for me. I will NEVER use uhaul again. I was called less than 2 days before my move and told there were no 26 ft trucks available. I had to use a 20ft truck and luckily uptop towing had a trailer I could use otherwise I would have been screwed. The original reservation was going to cost under 200.00, the final cost for a smaller truck I didn't want was more after the partial cost of the trailer. That is a very dishonest business model. We dont have what you originally reserved, so we will rent you something that cost more. Absolute bullshit.

We reserved a vav the day before. When I got there, the guy thought I wanted a trailor for dumping trash. They had no van. They put me in a larger truck costing 20cents more per mile to use. THE MOST INCOMPETENT EXPERIENCE EVER. No stars is my recommendation.

No reflection on this U-Haul site but the registration was ridiculous. Two phone no.s three friends phone no's . Req. 2 phone calls to U-Haul because couldnt input req. info. You send me a text to photo my drivers lic. It would not load. Rep used his phone to complete this step. As this was done , system timed out, deleted all imputed info and required stArting all over. P... pour registration system
