The person working the desk didn’t know anything about U-Haul or how to rent. I was charged a fuel surcharge of $30 plus another. $7 which is ridiculous as I drove only 28 miles. I do NOT agree with the fuel reading and or the extra charge. What a joke!

The agent is hard to deal with and moody. I did not opt in for coverage and therefore was overcharged
S JDry poor customer service, not willing to help. Mobile inline check in had multiple delays and issues and they were un willing to help. Let’s were not in lock box and they had them inside, but took two attempts to get help. I will never rent from here again. Wish I could get a refund, but that would probably take forever. Poor experience.
