Everything was amazing and super easy. I loved the remote check in and getting access to the Truck according to my schedule. I used the app and was able to upload a picture of my DL and take care of the details with my phone. No hassle check out and check back in. The mobile app and remote process was very easy to use!

The young man checking me out was very helpful. I dropped my truck at 4:45 and your place was closed. The process to return my truck when no one is there is a complete pain in the ass. All I should have to do is drop my key and you do the rest of check king it back in. It used to be that way.
Philip TNo one there. Sign said emergency be back at 2:30 and it was 3:30. I tried to use the online app to return truck but never got confirmation it was done. Over the next 2 days got calls asking if I could return truck to 77th and Metcalf location. I was not sure you all even knew truck setting at Uplift parking lot.
