Check engine light and tire sensors were on. Could use some vacuuming and wiped down. The price for 4hrs was nuts

The experience was great, self check in and pickup/drop off was easy. The staff was great, communication was great. The truck itself was gross inside, the cab was dirty and smelled awful, the back had to be cleaned out before I could load things in, it was full of dirt and a dirty q-tip :( lights were on the dash.
Alexandra RFrom beginning to end my experience was stressful and a fiasco. First the website is NOT user friendly even the gas station workers had issues with it. I almost didn’t have a truck the day I rented one long story short I did end up with one smaller than I needed. There needs to be a designated person to check these trucks between old/new renters.
pamela mFirst I waited for 30-45 mins to get my truck when I use truck share all because she had customers no customers in store walk back up another customer walks in and has to put me on hold mean while she is helping that customer and 5 more walk in that’s some bullshit never again

REGINA EThe truck gate was extremely hard to open and close and the inside of the truck was dirty and they have now over charged us i received a receipt for 65.12 and now they just charged me an additional charge of 2.74 for no reason when I returned the truck 4 hours earlier than expected why am I being charged extra

drake mGet a new person to represent. Your company at that gas station. Because the lady that does, it is very rude and obnoxious. The truck was also parked where a pal of dog maneuver was I almost stepped in that too. The truck needs to be cleaned out a little bit better than what it was. The engine light stayed on the whole time the trailer light stayed on. It also needs a will alignment. Just telling the truth thank u and have a wonderful day
Terry MThis location was not really setup for a larger box truck, I would reevaluate this locations setup for the vehicles. The employee was incredibly helpful and even moved her personal vehicle to try and find a spot to park the larger vehicle.

Duane Tmanger is extremely bias and rude, she was on hold on the phone , and would not help until store owner stepped in , then she took over and was rude and was not intelligent enough to run the computer to get this done and or even get a receipt for the transaction, then she proceeded to yell and act as if she was ten poor place stay away , it was a gas statuion and gave it to me empty.

Jordan MThe pick up location took some time as it is a gas station/party store. Customers kept coming in and taking the clerk away from my pick up process. There was also a delay as the clerk said she needed to start over as the computer info was not up to speed. Prior to getting there though, there was a discount for having to pick up in a different location than originally planned. That was appreciated.
gary mI picked up the truck at one location, the dolly and moving blankets i rented were not with the truck. I had to drive to a different uhaul location to pick up the dolly and blankets just to be charged those miles as well. Not to mention I was shown that my bill was $77 I believe with the 15 mile radius I selected for the 24 hr period I had the vehicle. Come to find out I was charged over $130. Definitely the last time I use Uhauls unprofessional shady ass company!:
James PWe paid for a dolly, and when we got to the location to pick up a washer and dryer from a second floor apartment, we discovered there was no dolly in the truck. I called the gas station and they said they don't have dollys. We had to drive to menards and rent a dolly just before they closed and the seller had to return it for us the next morning. I tried live chat 3 different times and had no response for any of them. If we hadn't been able to rent a dolly from menards, there is no way we would have been able to move the washer and dryer down a steep flight of stairs and our hour and a half drive to pick them up and renting the truck would have been a waste of time and money. Extremely stressful!
Connie FIt took us over an hour to drop off the U-Haul. Employee at the Station said she hated U Haul transactions and didn't know how to do it. So, it took a call to the Host Line from U-Haul to fix things and they actually were helpful. Highly recommend you don't drop off your U=Haul at this location.

Jordan TWhen I picked up the truck and got it home to begin loading it I noticed the back tire was low on air. After loading the truck, the tire was not drivable, and I had to call roadside assistance. Fortunately, they came and replaced the tire in my driveway before making the 400 mile move.
