There was some coffee and sugar in the cup holder but the truck has less than nine thousand miles on it so it’s in great shape.
NICHOLAUS WPick up and return were a problem. The clerk/staff did not know how to check out or check in a rental truck. Took 30 minutes checking out and 30 minutes checking in. I had to call U-Haul 800# several times.
Larry KIt took my husband 35 mins to check the U-Haul into his possession. That almost cost us our time slot to get the furniture we needed to get. Then they tried to say we never even checked the U-Haul back in, which wasn’t the case at all, he had to call and again deal with another problem. Will never use this location again.
Bryan FI requested a dolly rental and it was not in the truck when I picked it up.
