There was no dolly - they lent me their own, but it was not the same.
SHLOMO KThe van was dirty ,and the price was outrageous! They charge way to much fir milage and I reserved the uhaul. Just to have to literally redo everything. The rental went from 20 dollars away to almost 200 dollars for about 5 hours. No nvr again!

Alex MVery friendly and helpful at the rental location. I don't agree with the $12.63 credit card charge. That is not something that should be passed onto the customer when your only option is to pay with a credit card.
Tracey OI mean this was the an absolute worst experience I’ve ever had w uhaul or any truck rental service. I’m a Carley y trade but when things are slow I work for a very highly rated extremely professional and successful moving company. I have personally rented close to a dozen truck’s myself and have been part of many moves both personal and professional. If you are thinking of renting a truck through the lockbox system and picking the truck up early I URGE YOU TO RECONSIDER! The system is trash and you are better off waiting for the place to open and doing the process in person. I never leave reviews but what i felt the need to write this to hopefully save someone the frustration time and money to avoid online transactions of any kind. Not only that but I would also strongly suggest renting to only rent from a u haul location and avoid businesses that rent u hauls as secondary income at all cost such as gas station’s liquor stores etc. these people are not trained to a level in which they can provide quality customer service(which really isn’t their fault). Best of luck fellow movers! anyone who works the higher position(s) at the company uhaul….. DEAR GOD! …. Address the absolutely atrocious keybox online system you have created. It is a nightmare and way too difficult. It could be miles easier. Like woooooowwwww!

Barbara SThey need a new vehicle. The 20ft vehicle is a piece of crap. Runs terrible and filthy as hell. They gave me the vehicle on 1/4 of a tank. Smelled like Marijuana in the cab. Terrible experience for the money.

Barbara SI wont be recommending anyone to rent from this uhaul location customer service had wait 20 minutes to get truck. Taking other customers that came in the store after me. And I payed for a truck that the brakes we're worn down and it needed a wheel alignment the steering wheel was crooked. Trucks needs servicing.
mark hBit of a rough feel to the location. Maybe I won't choose a liquor-store location in future, since that likely influenced the personalities around. Everything was fine but, for my own peace of mind, I'm glad I went during the day and (as a woman) had someone else with me. I didn't go inside the liquor store, so I can't comment on how clean the establishment was. The parking lot was acceptable.

Elizabeth KThere was an almost nauseating smell in the van. I can’t describe what it could have been, but it was pretty horrid. The vehicle worked fine, and was actually larger from side to side, which was most helpful, it the smell was really bad.

Michael DClean the truck before renting! It was filthy and dirt got all over our furniture. The moving blankets had urine on them and we were only able to use a couple. Luckily the staff was very friendly.

No wait time at all, in & out of the store within minutes!! This will become my preferred location vs the bigger centers

camille dThe extra charge was coming from urban beverages and I payed all my fees with u-haul. They said they couldn’t do anything about it. Absolutely no cell phone service for self drop off. Horrible experience!
Lydia RVehicle had several issues with it (AC and backup camera not working) and the owner rudely dismissed me saying that UHaul had closed despite it being open.
ADITYAN AI unfortunately chose a day when they were short staffed, and had to wait for 25 minutes to be helped. But, the employee apologized and then handled everything in a very friendly and efficient manner.
Karen JThe van was one of the sketchier ones I’ve driven. The tires didn’t have great grip on the road. One of the back doors doesn’t close all the way so there’s the constant sound of air running.

MARCOS MWe were charged extra mileage which we were not told about when we picked up the truck. This was annoying and unexpected.

brenda wThe computer system is antiquated. The personnel at Urban Beverages doesn't understand or know how to use the computer system. The truck is poorly maintained and was making a loud noise like one of the belts was about to break. I drove less than a mile and was afraid I wouldn't make it. When I returned the truck(1 hr. later) I was wrongly charged $67.67 and the staff member had to call his boss because he didn't know how to do a partial refund. I would never rent from them again and would look for other options besides Uhaul if I need to move something.
sheree gThe Below Average rating is solely due to how dirty the truck was and nothing to do with the employee that took care of me. If I based it on his customer service I would have given five stars. The truck hadn't been cleaned. it was muddy in the inside and dusty on the There was a used napkin beneath the driver seat that had some nasty stuff on it. On the passenger side floor it looked like either sour green milk or someone puked. The back of the van was not swept and had dirty on the floor. The seats themselves were dusty and dirty. This is the first time renting a UHAUL that the truck wasn't clean. I am not sure if it was because it was a private dealer since I normally rent directly from UHAUL. I wouldn't recommend to a friend. The employee was very nice and it was a quick transaction. Again KUDOS TO THE STAFF.
Mildred FIt’s not so much a problem with the location. My problem was the fact I reserved a location close to me and was told that I could no longer pick up my vehicle there. I had to drive to another location that was over an hour away from me to pickup the truck and then another location to pick up the trailer. Then when I arrived they weren’t even tracking that I was picking up. The guy from uhaul customer service that confirmed everything that morning screwed up the time and date for my pickup even though he called me 3 different times that morning to let me know of all of the changes made to my reservation. It was just not what I expected from such an established company.
