It was ok until shout of 5 mins later it came back on yes I put gas in it I had it for about 2 or three hours thank you

The extra charge was coming from urban beverages and I payed all my fees with u-haul. They said they couldn't do anything about it. Absolutely no cell phone service for self drop off. Horrible experience!
Lydia R.Vehicle had several issues with it (AC and backup camera not working) and the owner rudely dismissed me saying that UHaul had closed despite it being open.
ADITYAN A.I unfortunately chose a day when they were short staffed, and had to wait for 25 minutes to be helped. But, the employee apologized and then handled everything in a very friendly and efficient manner.
