Beatriz the clerk was very rude upon rental we advised our vehicle was an chevy equinox she and none of her co workers could spell after 3 verbal attempts had to write it down,upon return I was never asked form of payment she charged as she pleased and rudly tild me to leave. I am not very happy with the way I was treated at this location, had to call 800 number to get matter resolved. Beatriz needs customer service training on how to handle custoner satisfaction and customer service skills.

There should be someone working solely for U-Haul matters. The lady that prepares the sandwiches for Subway is the one in charge to process the U-Haul orders. She was finishing up with a client and she immediately helped, however, I don’t want to imagine when she’s busy doing sandwiches and someone needs help with U-Haul.

Service was horrible, the lady attending had me waiting 3 hrs + AND HAD THE ODASITY TO Speak bad about people and laugh. There was a man sleeping in back of the truck who jumped out when my husband stopped at a red light! I tell u worst experience EEEEVER!

This truck was in horrific condition. The alignment is off and the steering wheel was crooked which made it horribly hard to drive. You could drive past 40 miles per hour or the truck would zigzag on the road. A 3 hour trip took me 6hrs due to the horrifying truck on top of that called customer service 3 times and for some reason they insisted that road side assistance needed to handle this situation...I was on hold for road side assistance for 2 hours no one even came to the phone. I gave up. I will definitely never us you guys again. I feared for my life when driving this truck. I suggest you service your vehicles and test drive them on the highway to make sure no one goes thru what I just went through.

I was never called to confirm my pick up location so luckily I called and they said I was confirmed to pick up at a location that was an hour from where I lived even though their was 25 other locations between me and that place. I got them to change it to this place which was a mistake. They were nice but not good at business. I never received an email after I returned the dolly I rented was returned. It wouldn’t fit in the trailer so my friend took it back for me and they didn’t send me anything confirming it was returned. When I got to my location they tried to call them to confirm and no answer. Thankfully the other location was nice enough not to charge me for their mistake. The tired were also low which is very dangerous. It’s the number one reason you can blow a fire on a trailer. I checked them before I drove or I could have been in an accident. It was supposed to have 65 psi, they had 38 and 45. Unacceptable!

The company operates out of two locations. There is only one person who works behind the desk. It takes over an hour to get processed. Would never recommend to anyone else and would never return!

Truck was not at location, customer support gave me 10 extra miles which they charge give me at the end of the rental. Worst experience ever had with uhal

I was called the day before I was to pick up my Uhaul and was told that my location did not have my truck size available. When I asked if they had anything similar in size I was told no trucks were available at that location. I am just wondering why they would even let me book a vehicle 2 weeks in advance that apparently did not exist. I now had to change locations and increase the mileage that was going to be put on my uhaul therefor charging me more money as well as the amount of gas that would have to be spent. To add to this my new location also did not open till an hour later which made me have to rush to change plans since I was originally scheduled for a 7 AM pick up in an attempt to avoid some traffic and drive time. I hope no one has to deal with this kind of mess right before they plan to move. To make it clear the two people who helped me at each location were very knowledgeable and helpful. I dont want this to reflect them, just the poor management at higher levels.

This location terrible!!!! When we went in to let someone from uhaul know we had the trailer no one from uhaul was there, the employees at the gas station gave us the persons cell number and we called and they treated us horrible OVER THE PHONE told us to park the trailer and unhook ourselves if we wanted to or we where welcome to take it to another uhaul cause she was not coming back to uhaul to help us do it. So we had to unhook tariler ourselves take pictures and send it to her to be able to drop off at the location we had selected. She told us that when is not so busy she goes home and dont come back until the next morning, it was around 4:30pm when we dropped it off. Horrible experience!

The truck was (the floor of the truck) was covered with small seeds and sandy dirt. My furniture had to be cleaned! This was the worst mess. Moving is difficult enough, but having to have things cleaned from the mess on the truck floor made a bad experience even worse, just horrible. NEVER AGAIN!
