Nothing wrong with this particular location. However, you'll see in my account that I was originally supposed to pick up a truck from the Erlanger location. They notified me 14 hours before I was supposed to pick up my truck that there wasn't going to be a truck for me. That's it - not backup plan, no transfer, nothing. All other stores had already closed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was hung up on because I was (understandably) upset. The Erlanger location did not offer any kind of solution. Why couldn't I have been notified weeks in advance? Unacceptable and I will be calling support over this to get my money back.Jeff L.

This facility was convenient to where our church was located but beyond that I chose the facility due to the extreme cleanliness, pest free, climate control facility. East access for any time I needed to enter/leave the facility. Also the premises were alarm protected and staff was so friendly and helpful with the renting and final closing of the unit. I would recommend this facility to anyone and certainly would use again if the need arises for a situation that I may have in the future.Shirley P. | Overall Experience

The trailer was hard to hook up to my truck, that particular trailer design has no tongue jack. Maybe it would have been easier to maneuver and manually handle if it had been on level ground with no snow, but this trailer was extremely hard to lift the tongue and set it on the ball.Christopher W.

Reserved rental at a place that was 1.5 miles from my house. Reserved the rental a month 3 weeks ago. Received a call one day prior to moving and was told I had to use the location that was 17 miles away. Original reserve was 8 am for 6 hours. Now the new location was not until 10. When arriving at the one 17 miles away the uhaul was not there. Didn't get the truck until 10:30. Then I couldn't even return the truck to a closer location. Not organized!!MEGAN S.

The pickup location was excellent. My one complaint is with Uhaul directly. When I made the reservation, it would not allow me to only reserve the truck for 2 days. As it turns out, I turned the truck in 3 days early. I would normally expect a refund for a transaction like this.Matt H.

The mobile pick up and drop off app is a joke and very confusing. You have to talk to someone to figure out how to turn on location services through your server, while using the app. Not just thought the app or by having location turned on. They did not tell me what to expect with drop off and pick up, gotta take a selfie and be able to take a photo of your license, where you parked, to show that it is clean, and the fuel gauge and odometer. So your camera better work perfectly. You have to guess your gas depending on the vehicle and the fuel gauge. It honestly took an hr to pick it up. Not easy the first time.Shauna E.

Returned truck after store hours. Connection with my phone would not work. After talking to 3 people and holding on line for 65 minutes, they were finally able to help me get the truck returned. Not happy with this option and wasn't going to pay extra $20 to have store do it the next day.juanita F.

Hello! I have left two messages on 4/1 and 4/2 with the USA 1 self storage facility in Hebron, KY employees with no return call from manager. The employees said the manager has to look at the details. As the regional manager of Uhaul in North Ft. Myers, FL can tell you we do 35-50 one way rentals each year and have never had an issue until now. We intentionally drive 45 miles one way to pick up the Uhauls because of the top notch service provided by the folks at the North Ft. Myers, FL office. They always have all the equipment we need. The destination agent USA 1 Self Storage in Hebron, KY charged our Visa on file for 2 extra days. Truck was returned as planned, clean, fueled and under allowed mileage and our staff flew out the same evening. The destination agent USA 1 Self Storage in Hebron, KY checked in the equipment the following day mid day and charged us for 2 additional days. We have order number 86094635 coming up with a drop off to this same facility on April 16th which we will most likely not use in efforts to avoid unnecessary additional fees. It is a matter of principle at this point with no return calls and all the time involved on our behalf. Please advise. Thank youPRESTIGE MOVING A.
I rented the 15' truck ($268.00) and Tow Dolly ($49,00) plus $5 Environment fee (~$322 plus tax) over the phone and it was supposed to be picked up at 2020 Northside Drive in Hebron KY. The person on the phone said someone would help us with the Tow Dolly. When we arrived we were told to go to another location. At the new location, we were charged more money and there was no help with anything. Very misleading.Rachel W.
This location is not a real Uhaul!! The lady has to go find a truck and tow for me a day before and when I made the reservation they recommend the wrong size. Then when I went to pick it up and realized it was too small then they overcharged me big time!!! I have a call into the head manager and the local office in Hebron needs to be shut down!!!!Darlene G.
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this location as it relates to the U-Haul service they provide. I used the 24/7 feature since I had to get the truck after hours and complete my move over night before a snow storm in January (was hitting next morning). The team neglected to include the Appliance Dolly and moving blankets I had requested and paid for. Unfortunately, because I had to move in the middle of the night from a storage unit, I had no way to secure another dolly, and I had to leave appliances in my storage unit and pay another $200 to continue to rent the storage unit until I could secure assistance again, and pay for yet another rental truck. Costumer service was awful. The manager at this location only contacted me (despite my independent attempts) after I had to call U-haul directly multiple times to get him to reach out to me. No proper resolution. I ended up renting a Penske truck for the next trip to get my appliances. Penske was EXCELLENT customer service. Would recommend them instead, if you are looking to do a rental truck! *also, some uhaul reps were more helpful than others (I had to make MULTIPLE calls hoping to resolve this)Joshua R.

The van was no very clean. The surfaces needed wiped down. The door/window controls in particular were dirty. Other than that, I have no complaints. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
