THIS LOCATION WASN'T THE PROBLEM U-HAUL DOESN'T THE PHONE. THEY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD. I CHANGED MY DROP OFF LOCATION BECAUSE THE SYSTEM NEVER TOOK IT ONLINE. TERRIBLE ONLINE AND PHONE SUPPORT. WILL NOT USE U-HAUL AGAIN AFTER THIS DISASTER IN RETURNING THE TRUCK. THE MANAGER AT THIS DROP OFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. MY COMPLAINT IS WITH U-HAUL SUPPORT. TERRIBLE SERVICE IF ANY.Craig S.

Terrible service, no one helped me. Required blankets that I had reserved were not available. I did not receive credit for the blankets I had paid for and did not receive. Trailer was not in good condition. No one helped when I returned the trailer nor did anyone check the return. I will never do business again from that site.Larry K.

We made a reservation to pick up a dolly to tow a Mini Cooper. We've rented from UHaul on previous occasions, even had a towing bar installed on one of our vehicles at one time. Always had a good experience and trusted the brand, prior to this. We arrived to pick up the dolly at the rental center, gave them my information and then the clerk told me to go pick up the dolly. I asked him for instructions on how to connect the dolly to my truck and the clerk told me â€œWe don't do that; we can't assist you in connecting it to your truckâ€. I connected the dolly as best as I could and left the rental center. When we arrived at home we found that that the dolly was not properly connected to the hitch. This could have turned into a dangerous situation, both for ourselves, as well as possible damage to our vehicle(s) and/or your equipment.Luis R.

While the store employees were friendly, had to wait for the U-Haul person to arrive from his home, then was advised he only had 28 of the 60 moving blankets we requested. All of which was to be a phone check in, which resulted in 45 plus min to pick up the rental truck after we had checked in online and via phone. When we dropped off, were initially told they were full and we had to take the rental truck elsewhere to drop off. As we were leaving, the rental person arrived and said we could drop off the truck there, then had connection issues with U-Haul and the return process. He advised us we would have a return time of 10:30 am and that we would be emailed a receipt. That was 4 days ago. This morning I receive a phone call from a U-Haul rep stating they had concerns with our rental and if we had returned the truck, of which we replied, though the phone call was a very poor connection. Moments later I received the receipt via email. I did not request this location, had requested a location closer to us and will rent from another company rather than return to this location.Kevin M.

My pickup location was changed at last minute from where I requested. There was some confusion but it worked out in end must keep on top of all details.Ernest R.
The outside of the truck was covered with love bugs. could hardly see out of the windshield due to the bugs on the windshield. The outside drivers side rear tire had a hole in the side wall of the tire. It was mostly flat and I was unable to put any air into it. Not happy with the condition of the vehicle but it got the job done. most likely will not rent from this location again.stephen M.

It took over a yr to get my paper work ready before I could leave the rental location.also uhaul wanted to send me a half HR away for a truck that wasn't what I wanted also I had to wait 30 minutes on phone to see where to return the truck very poor customer serviceRichard M.

The clerk came out after I completed checking in with the app and started yelling obscene words at me. Said he was not accepting any trucks and I parked in wrong direction. Started throwing F- bombs at me when I told him I set this drop off up almost 2 weeks before. He said U-Haul doesn't know what they are doing and heat yelling at me. I almost thought we were going to end up in a fist fight the way he kept calling me things. He is a horrible representation of your company, and because of his attitude I don't think I will ever use U-Haul again, I will check out the competition. He left a fast in my mouth that will remain for a long time.Jeffery R.

They gave me a piece of paper with the box trailer number and told me to go get it myself as the clerk could not leave the counter. I had to figure out how to lift the hitch onto my tow vehicle and how the latch worked. I must have gotten it right...the trailer stayed attached for my 1300 mile trip.Dennis S.

Next time you can have someone available to go into your computer program and acknowledge my return of the dolly...or tell me the latest time that someone who can do this would be available at the site where I am to return the dolly. Otherwise, everything was great!!!Deborah S.

Since there was no one here to help me attatch my trailer, I had to do it by myself. Thankfully during this process I only dropped the trailer and broke my toe one time. They quoted me about 4 different prices, all of which were less than what I paid. To top it all off, I had to go buy my own cable to hook up the trailer lights. Never using U Haul again.Steven B.

Truck broke down on us 2 time. Had to wait for me hanic to fix. 2nd one found problem but we lost over 4 hours of traveling time. Sitting in a hot truck in Fl. The place we picked it up at.never check it or looked at anything to.make sure everything was ok. Ac. Only worked part time. Has an exhaust leak in the front. And the gas guage does not work. We put in 75.00 just before we returned it. And then we got charged for not having it full. Next time We.move I will use another company .Rebecca D.

Car transporter front jack was sunk into ground, had to use my car jack to get it out.Ratchet's where rusted and did not work until I oiled and fiddled with them. Surge brake did not work, needed brake fluid. Wheel dust cap came off during drive (lost). This equipment was well used and not serviced! Not impressed at all!george H.
Stay clear of this location! They are rude and disrespectful. When I arrived to get the truck it was all the way in the back the equipment I had to bring it to the truck I had to find the truck by myself just given the number and told to look for it. When I got in the truck it was less than a quarter of a tank a gas. When I return the truck to the front of the store I was told to move it I was then verbally abused my daughters called you names I was called names the guy told me go ahead give me a bad review I want you to. Argued with me for over 15 minutes and then charged me for a whole other day wouldn't give me a receipt told me it was emailed to me. It was the worst experience of my life. There are so many other U-Haul locations in town I would stay clear of this one. They are rude abusive and do not care about customer servicr.suzanne K.

UHaul trailer was missing the stand, so the tongue was in the dirt. My husband is 70 and I am 65 and we had to lift it up onto the ball. It is fortunate we weren't hurt doing this or my husband have a heart attack. Additionally the trailer was positioned such that we held up traffic to connect the trailer to the truck. Only one person was at the store and he did not assist. He was more interested in selling a soda to someone.Gary C.
This place is a zoo. Nowhere to safely park truck upon return attempt. Uhaul customer has to meander through an array of questionable individuals (hanging around store, working on cars, etc) in order to get inside. No decent person would normally go into this place. Store owner very impolite and lacked manners. Would never use this location again, and certainly would not recommend. Marked as "helpful" above only to the extent that owner appeared to successfully get the transaction closed out, but nothing more.Vincent A.

made two attempts to have car inspected per your requirements, just a waste of time and trips for nothing. had no assistance, and had to manually maneuver trailer to connect to car. went through severe rain only to find out boxes had gotten wet due bad door seals. returned trailer to unattended lot due to their emergency ( understandable ) called next day to confirm drop off , never got call back!Gilbert C.

The inside of the truck was wet and they didn't even try to dry it out. Told us if our stuff got wet call SafeMove to deal with it. Their office equipment was malfunctioning and apparently had been that way for awhile. They were just unprofessional and disorganized. They had to keep calling the district manager for help. Took almost an hour and we were the only customers for Uhaul. It was convenience store also. We had to keep waiting while they left us to help other people. So frustrating!!!!Gretchen P.

No clear indication of where to park when returning.. Ended up parking in alley/edge of field which was unmowed and not clean. Man who helped me with the bill initially said I was being charged $28,000 in extra mileage! That's right, $28,000, even though I drove less than the allotted 120 miles. He did not know if mileage was additional under my rental agreement (which it was not, if under 120). He did not know how to resolve. He said he had to keep my rental agreement which I did not want to leave (I took a picture of it). I did receive an email later which hopefully confirms all was worked out, but clearly it was a less than desirable experience as I wasted 20 minutes and had no resolution when I finally got to leave.david R.
