Ombretta GHad to wait the employee to attend clients on the store several times. He had a hard time trying to ro the electronic paperwork. The owner of the store was there doing nothing to help him. Then he asked me to attach the large trailer myself to the car and to call him when ready. I told him he had to help me and it took a lot of time because he had to attend the new non uhaul store clients. I didn't even pick up this location. You guys changed it twice and this one was dine at the last minute.

Staci STHIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH UHAUL. I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT SO THAT I COULD REVIEW MY CHARGES AND THE REP REFUSED TO PROVIDE IT. SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. SHE REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE. SHE TOLD ME I HAD TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO OBTAIN A RECEIPT AND I DID AND THIS WAS THE ONLY WAY BECAUSE SHE WOULD NOT SEND THE EMAIL TO ME AS WELL. SHE WAS ALSO VERY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER BEFORE ME. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

David KPick up simple and easy. Truck bed was not thoroughly inspected and housed cockroaches so had to clean prior to use. $15 insurance was added without consent, I did not have it included in my reservation. Overall, okay spot to pick up uhaul, service was subpar.
Melissa SInspect vehicles. Help putting the trailer on the car. My back is killling my from lifting it and I couldn’t drive the truck roundtrip because of the tire. Your csr hung up on me. The only good experience was where I dropped it off.

luze gThe staff members were not helpful nor friendly. They would not assist in loading the car on the tow bed even after my husband drove it on to the bed. Both my husband and so had to spend over an hour trying to figure out how to secure the car because they had never done that before. Also the if U-Haul is concerned about liability they should think about the liability of a customer getting injured on their property and handling an equipment that they have not been trained on how to handle it. That is a concern they should think about. I understand that customers should drive their own car up on the tow bed but the Uhal employees should secure the vehicle because they have been properly trained on the process of do it right. Both the pickup and the drop off location were the same they offered no assistance and that’s a shame.
Matilda LHaving go dig around in the back room, moving multiple dollies to get under a table to get my blankets was not customer oriented at all. Only having less than 3/8 of a tank of a gas on a 26' truck in downtown Tampa was concerning as well. Truck was clean and in good shape. Upon return, they wanted me to park the truck in a spot that was too small. To avoid damage to the truck, I refused.
Eric WSecond time in a row that I was overcharged for a transaction. It was the same representative that did my check out at the counter both times. Both times I confirmed with her to make sure additional insurance was NOT added on the my tab and she told me that it was not. Then when I got the final bill, there were charges for extra insurance. Also - the truck smelled of cigarettes.
Shauna AI was renting this U-Haul per mile and I overshot the expected miles we would be using it for. The cashier assured be I would receive a refund for the miles I didn’t use the vehicle for. However it has been a whole week and I have never received a refund.

Bruce BI had been given a truck with 30 miles till empty for a 28 mile job- this ate into my hours of use of the uhaul and made me late as this location takes their convenience customers - making uhaul customers wait and then additionally had to go immediately fill up with gas. Overall, a fine experience but would be nice to at least have 1/4 of a tank ready for customers.
Whitney BQuick and easy. Truck and tow dolly worked perfectly. On concrete, you can push small cars up onto a tow dolly, for the record. Did it on the first try, both times.

Heather FFirst of all they changed my location twice after I reserved my 26 footer truck days earlier, then after I changed to a 20 footer to keep my location... Well they called the next day of getting ready to go get my truck that they changed my location againnnnnn. I had to go west of Tampa and I was moving way east, it was a struggle for me since I didn't have a car. Thennnn when I get to the gas station to get the truck, the cashier didn't know what he was doing he kept making phone calls cause he didn't know the answers... They didn't use cash app. They didn't use my direct deposit from social security, Visa to pay. They didn't accept cash, it was a horrible experience for me I never ordered a truck from U-haul and went through that.

DARREN TI waited for more than 20 minutes in line to pick up my reserved truck. The cabin of the 15 ft truck was filthy with garbage and dirt on the floor. The dashboard and cup holders were not clean and I could not place anything in the holders due to the sticky filth. The cabin smelled like bad body odor. The gas amount was on near empty and did not match the documents. I had to immediately get fuel. When I dropped the truck later I received my receipt and was charged for moving pads and a dolly that I not rent. I have rented trucks from U-Haul for years and this is the worst experience that I have ever had.

wanda mI was charged for extra miles and when i rented the truck online it stated unlimited miles. Also, I returned the truck with the fuel line exactly or a little more then where it was when i picked it up. The truck floor was filthy when I picked it up and I had to sweep it out before I could put anything in it and the inside wqalls was dirty as well it needed a good cleaning out. .

tim nI have no problem with the rental location. Check in, check out, the rental itself was fine. I have a huge problem with the overall process. I reserved the truck at one location and it was confirmed. I was not notified the truck would not be available until I arrived at the location. Then I was told I would have to visit a different location which would add about 15 miles each way to the rental. I was very unhappy to have to waste the time to drive between the locations and add unnecessary miles and cost to the trip.
Kirk PI was scheduled to go to a store for my Uhaul truck rental at 10am less then 30 minutes actually while on my way to pick up the truck Uhaul called and said my truck was going to be at a different store which made me a bit confused and frustrated but I just simply went to the new pickup site a told on the phone. I was hoping for my $50 “reservation guarantee” through its own fault fail to meet time, place and equipment as said. But I didn’t receive it in my contract receipt bill, or at least credit for a future new rental service. So could someone please reach out to me at Uhaul

DORIS NThey over charged me. They charged me tor more mileage that i did not use and also a cleaning fee when the truck was already cleaned. And for two days when i only had it one. And then told me it was nothing that they could do about it

Rita CMy entire truck was infested with roaches. Under the mats and through all of the holes in the truck. I have not even been able to move my stuff yet due to this. I will be reaching out for a refund and compensation due to this.
Alana WOur truck was not at our original location. Had to go to a different location to pick up the truck. They didn’t have the moving blankets we reserved. Our movers we booked through uhaul were a couple hours late. When we returned the truck they charged us an extra 50 dollars for a late return for the truck. The movers were really awesome though.

Damaris CCheck the vehicle or trailer very carefully before renting. There might be a flaw that may seem insignificant at the time. Other than that, U-Haul is an excellent company.
Richard SThey did not have the additional appliance dolly in stock that I NEEDED and reserved that day to move a fridge, stove & dishwasher, had to go buy one. I also told the receptionist that those were my intentions and she didn’t even bother to tell me that I got the ONE box truck that uhaul owns that doesn’t have a ramp. I ended having to lift those heavy appliances into the truck since I was already behind from having to stop elsewhere for a dolly. I didn’t bring my lifting brace and hurt my back. I’m completely dissatisfied.
