tim N.I have no problem with the rental location. Check in, check out, the rental itself was fine. I have a huge problem with the overall process. I reserved the truck at one location and it was confirmed. I was not notified the truck would not be available until I arrived at the location. Then I was told I would have to visit a different location which would add about 15 miles each way to the rental. I was very unhappy to have to waste the time to drive between the locations and add unnecessary miles and cost to the trip.
Kirk P.I was scheduled to go to a store for my Uhaul truck rental at 10am less then 30 minutes actually while on my way to pick up the truck Uhaul called and said my truck was going to be at a different store which made me a bit confused and frustrated but I just simply went to the new pickup site a told on the phone. I was hoping for my $50 “reservation guarantee†through its own fault fail to meet time, place and equipment as said. But I didn't receive it in my contract receipt bill, or at least credit for a future new rental service. So could someone please reach out to me at Uhaul
