--PLEASE, have accurate equipment descriptions!-- We reserved a 6x12 mower to move a lawn mower. (The previous week we had rented a 5x9 and discovered it was too small). The 6x12 had LESS than a 5 foot entrance with the ramp down, so it was another waste of $100 between the rental and the gas it took to get it where we needed it. Plus a totally wasted day (for the second time). Extremely frustrating and no help available with 1800uhaul, just sent us in circles about 5 times.
Brandt A.There wasn't anyone at the drop off location, just a key drop off box and guidelines presented within the app with steps to follow. I noticed a $40.00 fee plus tax with no explanation as to why. Once I presented a discrepancy to the app/website I was then directed to take photographs of the interior from the driver's door and a photo of the box interior to display cleanliness, which was impeccably neat and clean. The fee was not brought to my attention again and was never explained as to why I would owe the $40.00 plus tax fee to begin with. I did express the check engine light problem from my pick up the day before and how it was no longer present after I refueled. The $40.00 fee seemed to have been rectified by the interior photos I provided on the 5th of March but my Capital One app notified me on the 16th of March that my card was being charged for an extra day of rental when that was not provided on the 5th of March as the reason. Instead I was directed to photograph the interior to display the cleanliness of the U-Haul. I have a discrepancy with the $40.00 fee especially after correcting the check engine light issue by refilling with the appropriate fuel I surmise. Perhaps have a drop off location with an agent present and explain the day off the drop off why a $40.00 fee may be added 11 days later.

It was not that big of a deal , the customer before left trash and I cleaned it up because I didn't want to be charged and blamed for it . Customer service inside was helpful and kind . She was very informative. I will return again.

There was things spilt and sticky on the council around the cup holders. The cargo area needed to be swept out. I returned it in a heck of a lot better shape than when I picked it up!

LACARLUS M.My reservation was for another location and even though the truck was there was not available to me and I wasted 1 hour getting a truck at this location. You need to improve your mobile app for the rental at locations that are not open at the reserve time and date.

Cynthia M.When I got there to pick up the car trailer I rented, it wasn't there. The representative figured out a customer from the day prior had taken it “by mistake.†Shouldn't they be checking to make sure the customer takes the correct trailer?!? She spoke to uhaul customer service and they tried redirecting me to a different location 45 minutes away. I had two of my boys with me and had a birthday party to get them to, so I said “No, I have plans.†Then they tried redirecting me to a different location, but still 45 minutes away. I overheard her tell the customer who had taken the trailer I had reserved “by mistake†she would see him back there at 12:30 over the phone. So, I told her I would just come back to pick up the trailer at 1. I got the trailer at 1 and headed 2 hours away to get the automobile I had purchased. When I got it on the trailer, I went to strap the front tires down and low and behold the strap was ripped and completely ineffective. Luckily I had my own straps in the truck and could make it work. I was also supposed to hear from Uhaul about a 50 dollar refund due to my reservation not being there from what I was told would be on Monday. I have not heard from them, today is Thursday.

Clayton S.I reserved a truck in Griffin , truck wasn't there. Had to get a 10 ft. Truck. Then I only drive 10 miles and got charged for 74 miles . All corporations think once they get your card info they can bill you anything they want. This was a terrible experience. I see why people choose locals or moving companies. Uhaul is a ripoff

DAREN B.Unorganized! The gas hand was at a quarter when my contract states it was a 1/2 tank. Was over charged for my dolley. When i pointed it out, she said she would just waived all the fees for the dolly. That was a lie i was charged!!

WILLIE C.Love this place. Just be sure to park facing the street. They make you sign something that you will pay a fine if you forget. They want you to back the truck up against the fence. If you pull it in and leave it facing the fence I think it's like a $25 or $50 fine.

Although the att meant was nice, she did not have much knowledge on the use of the equipment. I was concerned about leaving the trailer in a parking lot unattended after hours but was instructed to do so by the attendant. It would be nice to have a better selection of equipment options

Sean B.I love this place !!! I have rented here a lot. I usually pick up at night and find the area well lit and feel safe. I am also very happy as they have expanded to the parking lot next door giving much more room to park and manuver the big ones. Great folks. When I pick up during business hours they are so friendly and helpful. Equipment is always ready to go and I never had to wait !
