The man gave us our trailer number and we had to find the trailer ourselves. If I wouldn't have had my two sons with me to pick up the tongue of the trailer I wouldn't have been able to use it. We had to put it on the truck and hook it up ourselves.

Used Book Warehouse is a great location with friendly people. I have dropped off there before in the past. The UHaul reaction, pick up and drop off system works great allowing for greater flexibility for the people with moving needs.

Had appointment for Tuesday at 430. Went there at 400. Sign on door that gone at 330 for the day. Called haul lady at main office nice she tried to get me another locally but could not. I told her I guess I’ll come back Wednesday. She stated she’ll get me something for my trouble. Went Wednesday at 9. Older guy with walker, chewing tobacco and spitting in a bottle. He took my info and I asked about yesterday he stated he had therapy. I asked about if main office said anything about compensation, he didn’t look just said nope. We went outside. He showed me the trailer and stood there while I hooked it up. Didn’t help a bit. I checked lights and he said that’s it your good to go.
No help at all. Office was a mess with papers and mail everywhere.

Picking up the U-Haul trailer was quick & easy. I don't remember the gentleman's name but he helped us out with the reservations and made sure we had plenty of time to travel from TX to FL and drop the trailer off without incurring too many extra charges. I would definitely recommend using this location to rent your next UHaul
