The car trailer wasn’t dirty but the brakes on the trailer are defective. Every time you take off or stop the trailer slams forward or backwards because the manual brake assembly isn’t working. Hauled good but very annoying

The office building was a bit misleading. Better signs maybe. The GPS took me to the wrong location but there were lots of uhual units here so it was east to find that way. Could use some improvement but great overall service.

This is not fault of Used Book Warehouse but of UHaul, the app did not allow trailer return thru the app. Not impressed with the U-Haul app as it appears to have a lot of bugs. It was unreliable on the rental end and at drop off.

This U-Haul location in Rockport, TX, is just a hole in the wall, but the owner was nice and did an outstanding job. The service was fast and the drop off was easy. I also had to change my reservation just a few days prior to pickup and all went well. Highly recommended.
