Brandon KVery poorly lit, it was already dark and the unlit parking lot was intimidating at drop off-especially because I had to spend additional time taking multiple pictures of the vehicle in order to satisfy the drop off requirements of the “rental agreement”.

KEVIN PWe did not drop off the trailer we rented since it had to be towed to our drop address then towed away as the passenger side leaf spring had broken and blew out the tire. The trailer was no longer safe to tow on its own.

REBECCA BBack in May I rented the same size trailer, for the same route, same drop off location, for $253. Now in August, rent was $947. Why? Think I might be looking to just buy a trailer.

Thomas RMake sure tires are maintained with appropriate PSI. Mentioned low tire to clerk but there was no air compressor on site to add air. He did bring out a bottle of Fix Flat but tire was too low. We had to stop a couple blocks down & pay $2.50 to put air in tire.The inside of the trailer had some rusted bolts and nails in it. Cleaned it out before we loaded our stuff.

MICHAEL KThe man gave us our trailer number and we had to find the trailer ourselves. If I wouldn't have had my two sons with me to pick up the tongue of the trailer I wouldn't have been able to use it. We had to put it on the truck and hook it up ourselves.
