I had scheduled to pick-up at a Uhaul Center, but my reservation was changed to this location while I was traveling. I requested to "check-in" at a desk but this location did not have a desk (or even a building). I had to check-in on my phone which was very difficult -- why couldn't the truck have been brought to the Uhaul Center where I requested? That would have been much easier.
Benjamin BHard to locate. And no key drop box. Had to leave it with property manager.
Maya YGPS took me to a side road from the business, was hung up on and had to keep calling several times to get assistance on where to drop off the truck.
JOSEPH AIf they are close to you, it is a good location. Not exactly an easy place to drop off large trailers.
Susan MThe guys were extremely helpful but knew very little about the steps I needed to take as a first time customer in order to rent the trailer. The trailer was clean but the tires were at the wear tabs. Overall the experience wasn't bad especially now that I know how to use the app to pick up and return the item.
Charles DThey got my reservation day wrong. I was over charged. It was suppose to be 430 that’s with taxes. I was charged 476 dollars. Do I get my 46 dollar difference back
