Have adequate space for ALL returns. We were told that some people try to return there, per their contract, and you will not accept it because you have no space. This is unbelievable and hopefully not accurate. We expect our return to be made at the location stated on the contract, no where else. Please ensure returns can always be made at contract location.

I was told after I had brought the truck. That the price I had to pay was $204. Then a lady called and told me my price was going to be $164. I'm confused now, but I hope if you guys value your customers. Then I should pay $164 for the misunderstanding. Thank you for your help and attention.

My experience was good untill I turned truck in. .The lady said there was less gas than when I left in it. I know for a fact there was more. The gauge on the receipt is different from gauge on vehicle. You should look into that because it caused issues. She did call uhaul and got it waived but she wouldn't take me to the truck and show me or so I could show her.

I originally rented from your Morris Bridge Location, which is near my home. An email assured me that a van would be available. However, just to double check, I called the afternoon before and was told no van was available at this location - the owner said that her cargo van was not working for 3 weeks and changed by pick-up location to another location 8 miles away (16 miles round-trip) and 16 miles more than I would have had to pay--not to mention the extra-drive in a unfamiliar area in a heavy thunderstorm. At a minimum, U-haul should refund the extra 16 miles, I was billed. Very unsatisfied with this kind of service.

The person that made the reservation with was very nice and friendly. the person I pick up the truck with was unfriendly did not want the answer my questions and as I was talking she just drove away your golf cart when I was trying to ask her something very rude

The customer service at this location was great, but i was disappointed this location did not have a dolly or any equipment to help with moving. i've never had this issue with renting from Uhaul.

It was at terrible experience. Could not pickup truck as scheduled. Spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone and still had to wait until the next morning. The drop off location would not accept truck. Sent us to another location that was an empty building. Called customer service and they transferred me to another person who was a voice mail that told us to call during normal business hours. You change us for extra miles we may not have incurred if the drop off location would have accepted the truck. This is the worst experience I have had with uhaul. I had movers scheduled for 9:00am and the location where I picked up the truck didn't open until 9:00am. You need to give me a credit for my inconvenience and stress.

We were told when we rented the truck that we would have to pay 5 dollars extra if the tank was not exactly 3/8 of a gallon and and even though we put gas in the truck after we returned it they measured the gas range with a ruler and it showed 3/7 so we were charged 10 dollars 5 for the gas and 5 for the mileage that will take them to take the truck and fill that little drop that was missing, we only used this truck for 17 miles. In July we used Penske to move from SoFlo to Central Florida and it was a great experience, the service and everything was great. UHaul never again

Service was great. I’ve rented from U-Haul for years and I feel the overall pricing has become rather high for local runs. Need a more reasonable rate for at least 2 days of renting.

I FIRST WENT TO THE RIGHT WAY FOODS LOCATION WHERE I WAS TO ORIGINALLY DROP THE EQUIPMENT OFF THE CASHIER WAS VERY RUDE TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE CAPACITY I TOLD MY HUSBAND TO GO BACK IN WHILE I CALL UHAUL TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. MY HUSBAND WENT INSIDE TO explain this is our drop location per contract and sat the keys on the counter and proceeded to walk out the cashier then threw the keys off the counter at my husband and told him get out of her store before she calls the police. I ended up calling the police as my husband is disabled and that is assault. I will never use uhaul nor ever go back to this store rightway foods. I have never been treated so poorly and rudely in my life I spent $350 on a uhaul just to be treated like garbage. Meanwhile spent two hours in the heat dealing with the police, when I went to the other location I had to do a self check in as they were closed and uhaul trying to charge me an additional $150 now I have to wait 48-72 hours to dispute these charges after already having a major dispute with the original drop off location (rightway foods zephyrhills fl). A nightmare and major headache.
