Had to call the owner and wait 30 minutes after my appointment for him to return. Business just closes randomly and doesn’t honor reservations. Twice in one week.
John NBusiness closed early without setting up for truck pickup. Charged us for the truck we never got PLUS $20 late return fee. Second time this location did not have our truck at the agreed upon time in less than a week.
JOHN NI was charged a bunch of extra money, I want some money back. I had the truck for less then 12 hours on friday and I was charged for 2 days, rental and insurance. I can't get any answers, I want my money. Please let me know when I will get my refund, Thank you, Joe I can do another review when things are fixed
JOSEPH ZTruck key was not in the location noted on the app. Truck had not been cleared of snow. Difficult to take pic of license plate due to truck backed against an embankment. App process took entirely too long. Truck's mpg was horrible. Traveled 120 total miles and had to refuel almost 20 gallons upon return. Due to wait for key, was 30 minutes late for scheduled pick up at my destination. Very doubtful I will use u-haul in the future.

Ashley WI was not told of the extra charges, changed my safe mover plan, and charged me $100 dollar clean out fee when it was cleaned before drop off. Also said I dropped off at 3am when it was dropped off at 7pm. Will not use again or recommend. Address doesn’t allow for online return form.

Joseph Cthere was a cleaning fee of 100.00. the truck was clean when returned. if this is a standard charge it should have been in the estimate. the rows of vehicles were narrow and the trucks were extremally close together. it was very difficult to pull out without hitting something customer service was poor the guy was in the phone for what seemed to be a personal call for 10 minutes while we waited for keys. i will need a truck again by month end. it wont be yours
MERIJO DThe u-haul was on E when I got into it. I filled it twice and still got charged over $80 in gas. There were multiple charges for the rental itself. Two charged just for renting the U-Haul, they’re the same charge of $19 and change. Over all I did everything myself with a dirty van on E and I got charged way too much.

Seth BSpoke with place to confirm reservation and told him I also rented appliance doley He said he would be there … never showed up and no dolly. Took us over 1 and 1/2 hours and 5 calls just to get the trailer. Never again
Robert EThis was supposed to be contactless pickup for 8am. I showed up at 8am and checked in to find out it had to be in person. I called and they said to wait and it would be guaranteed by 9am. The owner was not coming in because of the weather and a friend of the owner saw us waiting and helped us. I did not leave until 930am. The online set up to confirm reservation for the key handoff was never updated and I had to sit on hold to have it corrected. Poor experience overall.
