I dropped off rental truck with over 1/2 tank gas full. I left UHaul parking lot with bout 1/4 tank full. I should've at least received a credit for GAS!

The interior was filthy. The windows were filthy. I had to clean the interior and windows before driving it over a 1000 miles to FL. The tires were worn on the outer edges. Also, I paid for an appliance dolly and 24 moving pads and they didn’t have them. I never got a refund either.

DIRK DWindows dirty. Had to take truck home and clean it before use. Was told I would be billed for one day because under 24 hours and was billed for 2 days. Was threatened by u haul with being charged for stolen vehicle because it was not put in computer right away after returning truck. Overall I will look into other companies next time I need a truck.
