The person we picked up our reserved uhaul from appeared disinterested. He had music playing loudly while being soft spoken. He was unfamiliar with the process and told us we didnt even need to inspect the vehicle.

Well, first off they refused to honor my online reservation, and then they overcharged me in every way. Then they tried to repeatedly withdraw cash from my account directly. I've already paid the, 280.00 they used a different function on the register so it comes up as atm, I have disputed this transaction for multiple reasons, millage, equipment, and insurance were refused but charged anyways, this was the 20th time or so in my life lived used Uhual, never have I had this experience, not only did the attendant have no idea I was coming, they had no idea what to do, how to use the system, etc. the vehicle was parked poorly, was filthy in and out, and I was assured I would be charged the one day as long as I got it back by 5 pm the next day, I did, over filled the tank, and I was under the impression the order was complete, I had paid, and now I see a receipt I see why it was so much more then what I was quoted online. I'm very displeased and will follow up again with my financial institution tomorrow.
Jeffrey MPeople at Wauregan Pizza could not understand that I had already paid for and reserved at truck online. They had me waiting in the store to confirm I don’t know what. They were asking me for a friends name as a reference. At this point I had already paid for the rental. I just needed the keys. After 15 minutes of waiting for nothing in the store I was finally given the keys. Once I got to the truck it wouldn’t start. I went back and told the person working and she said she’d have to check. We both went back to the truck and at this time another man who worked there had joined us. They were trying to start the truck but couldn’t either. There was another truck there but there was some problem with me getting that one. It was not reserved. It was another ten minutes of standing around watching her talk on the phone to someone before I could get the second truck. Only after I firmly insisted was I given the keys. The girl who I talked to didn’t know what she was doing and also didn’t really care to help me. She was more concerned with another person on the other end of the phone and making me wait. I will never rent a truck from that location again and neither should anyone else
