My rental was pushed to another location, which was significantly further from my moving area. Because of this, BOTH my pickup time AND my return time were delayed... Uhaul STILL charged me for the late fee, AND overcharged on coverage that I did not select.

45 minutes to check out a truck, this is a convenience store so when a customer came in , I was asked to step aside. Gas was incorrect but he did correct it. Just a hassle to check out as he wasn’t trained and had to keep calling someone. Not his fault, he was nice, but managements fault and Uhauls.
