Everyone was extremely helpful. Our representative in Lamar Colorado couldn't be sweeter. Locally, everyone is great. My frustration lies with technology, and automation. it's frustrating when you can't rent the vehicle without scanning your license front and back when you're at a location to rent. in addition it's more frustrating when the computer generates limited locations for Colorado Springs instead of the location I need it that put me in a three mile radius of everywhere I had to go. the pricing was very accurate and much appreciated when you go to check out. in addition the truck was fantastic.

KELLY SI had just completed the drop-off of items at our storage unit in Berthoud. Was headed to my son's house in Berthoud when suddenly the trailer uncoupled from the ball. The coupler had not been securely screwed down by the staff who hitched up the trailer. Slight damage to the trailer, but was extremely luck that nothing had happened when we were driving in traffic down the I-25 corridor. No damage to my pickup.
