Customer service is everything, I rented the van in Lamar CO and drove to Las Cruces 600 miles and when I returned the van the young lady who greeted me inside said said we’ve told you people to park outside by the tent. This was my first time in that store and there is no signage outside. She told me everything there is to know about your culture. Other than that the vehicle was fine for what I needed thank you.
