I didn't realize that the owner was speaking to me over his speaker system. It was hard to hear, and I though it was some kind of recorded voice tied into the security system! Would suggest making it louder. Otherwise a very good and easy experience.

The on line self pickup was very slow. That process should be streamlined. It took almost an hour to complete.

On older trucks with 50K plus mileage a little cleanup in the drivers cabin would be nice. I think you should pay your pick up and drop off folks a little money if they can prove they did add'l cleanup of the drivers cabin. Great Location very helpful.

nothing , everything was quick and easy at this location. Overall as a company you have to figure out how to get all the one way trailers back to there locations ASAP . I always rented from Malvern location and they had none to rent for that reason.

The fender was cracked and tow straps were worn. The attendant patched up the fenders and got me on my way and was very helpful.

I reserved via my computer but the UHaul system treated me like I'd booked through my phone (which I prefer to use when *I* want to use it, not when a company decides that is how it wants to do business). The folks at this location are friendly, helpful, and awesome.

Hard to find. No signs. Wish it could have been dropped off at the location right down the road.

For the express pickup and drop off, it’d be nice to include a reminder slip in the key envelope to remind the customer: 1. Park in the lawn to avoid blocking the driveway. 2. Clean up the truck and remove all your personal belongings. 3. Check into app do record drop off time before leaving the site. This is a great location for this area. However, when I go through the 1800, the lady was not able to provide me with this location, instead some other limited times and distanced locations. We then searched for the website ourselves and found this ideal time and location and cancelled the earlier reservation.

I signed up for a two day rental, but when my confirmation was received via remote pick-up I was informed that I had to return it within 24 hours (fortunately, I was able to move everything the same day). I was also informed that the rental was $29.95 per day, but when I received the invoice the total was $76.14. I was never notified that there was a mileage fee, even though I returned it with the same fuel level as received, nor was I told that there would be a $14 fee for SafeMove coverage even though my personal auto insurance covers rental vehicles. You've have to be more forthcoming, clear, & transparent.

It was very confusing since the trucks and the UHaul sign are in front of a building that houses several businesses. The actual office for this location is to the left of that building and that's where the lockboxes are that hold the keys. We spent way too much time trying to find the drop box, covering every inch of the wrong building. We had someone from UHaul on the phone who tried to be helpful, but had no clue... Also had some trouble with the online system that on 2 occasions in the process would not open the camera on my phone. We were longing for a human being on site. Van was immaculate and very comfortable.
