The location was closed when I dropped off the truck, but there was a phone number posted on the door, which I called with a question I had, and the person picked up immediately and quickly answered my question. Please note: I had a horrible experience in the fall at one of the U-Haul sites in Norristown, PA that was so bad, I almost swore to never use U-Haul again. This overall experience, including both pick-up and drop-off, was a million times better, so THANK YOU for making the experience an easy and painless one!
