Charge the correct amount. I'm being charged for 50 miles when I only drove 15. I booked a 10' truck on line and when I got there they only had a van they said

patti b1st off I made a reservation for pick up at 8am. the online system should have informed me the location does not open until 9. Once at the location they said they couldn't find my reservation which was a 1 way rental to PA. They redid the contract it was switched to a local which I didn't realize until I got the text later that I had to return truck to that location later that day. I did call the U-Haul service line who was able to make the correction but I whole heartedly believe they just didn't want to give up that truck at that location.

Peter LComputer wasn’t working, took 30 minutes just to get the system on. No dolly and was charged for one. I asked him 3 times to make sure I wasn’t charged for it, he assured me everytime that I wouldn’t be. When I got the receipt I was charged for it. I needed it but apparently he didn’t have any even though. No other trucks were being rented out at that time.

STANISLAO CAbsolutely horrible experience. They rig the vehicles and change mileage. Everyone make sure to take pictures of miles before and after… lesson learned. Horrible customer service from yari Maldonado.
Donna POnly thing was when I was returning the truck, the online link to “return truck” wasn’t working I tried reloading to re do it so I can take pictures of the odometer and of the truck it wouldn’t load up.
Albert Ait is a shame that these vehicles are so poorly maintained, i use this locations at least twice a month because it is close to our storage unit, we transport food to feed those in need and at times we have to adjust how we load the truck to keep any food from touching the bed of the trucks. We have complained several times and nothing has changed at all.
joseph Mwas overcharged from what I signed up for online. no pop up about mileage cost when reserved online and no mention at all at pick up about mileage cost.

Robert BAn older guy at the front desk refused to let me use the bathroom because quote “it’s a boy shop back there only and I won’t let a girl back there”. I found it very rude and sexist and had to use a bathroom somewhere else even tho it was an emergency.
Jennifer MAlex and Bobby are the best .. Always a pleasure .. Uhual Should give the customer a full tank of gas and when they return it they fill it up so there’s no guessing ..

craig hWhen I received my final bill for my rental yesterday. I felt I should have been given some sort of break on the mileage due to not being able to get the size truck I originally reserved. My original reservation number was 24553177. When I came to the location to pick the vehicle up it was blocked in by a trailer. The shop worker/owner not 100% sure was unable to move it. So there I was in a pinch. I had to get a vehicle to move my stuff from one location to another location by the end of the day. So I had to take a smaller vehicle the van and run multiple trips. Where if I had the truck it would have been 1 trip. I should definitely be discounted due to the inconvenience on the location part not my. Also when I returned the truck approximately 6:20 the trailer was still blocking the trailer. I have pictures if you would like.
nunzio rThey went above and beyond my expectations , friendly and help me unload the trailer and told him and he said that the tires on the trailer were no good he will have them changed and the wiring also fixed
