I have no suggestions for improvement. The gentleman at Valley Gas was very pleasant and took time to explain things and answer my questions.
LAURA GWorst u haul location ever so far in what I have seen, the dealer tried to scam with me by overcharging for fuel even though I brought it up at original level. Such terrible customer service and they don’t even have basic common sense. This location should be banned for trying to scamming people. U haul brand is going down because of these kind of experiences. I might consider something else for future

JANE SNot add the wrong milage to a trip more than doubling the price it should’ve been. Drove the truck for 14.6 miles total and got charged for 105.

RICHARD SFriendly and efficient service, which made it very easy process. I was asked to pay $10 in order to leave my car at the location. Perhaps a resonable request, but unexpected. The van was clean and ran very well, which I appreciated very much. I'm happy to return and rent again.

Scott MThis was a great location with great hours. They were available on Sunday which I needed because I had an emergency. My only complaint isn't with Valley Gas, but with U-Haul in general. I believe that with the19.95 per day, mileage I used, the $50 insurance and taxes I was overcharged.

At first it was tough because the app was not recognizing my reservation which pushed the moving time back a bit. But after the guy started to help me, it was a seamless. I called customer service to help which wasn’t super helpful. I’m very thankful the guy was there to check me in, take my info and give me tips on the truck.

John PThe cab was filthy. The back had an unsecured dolly and a dozen blankets thrown around. I did not order either. I also find it incredibly frustrating to get the truck with only 1/4 tank of gas.
Sarah BIt took me 2 hours to try and get my U Haul from this location. I kept getting disconnected when I called the phone number. The agent at the gas station didn't know anything about what to do. This was a very bad experience with UHaul. I did get the move done. I wish they would reconsider my payment and lower it for me since I had all these issues.

Michael MArrived and was told I had to call U-Haul to commence rental for the trailer. Given I had already completed my precheck-in online I was annoyed that I had to waste time with this. When I returned the trailer on the next day (1 hour early, 2:30 PM) no U-Haul rep was present. Was told that the station gas attendant could not help me with the return. Told to spot the trailer down a hill in their parking area between a cluster of vehicles making safe drop maneuvering near impossible.. Finally after several failed attempts to spot the trailer, in frustration I demanded the station attendant serve as a spotter and then another person later appeared and moved a parked auto blocking access. When I returned home I realized that In the process of backing the trailer over the mound and right angle tight turn in U HAUL parking area I apparently bent the trailer ball mount on my vehicle. I have rented from U-HAUL in the past and this experience has now convinced me to identify a rental vendor other than U-HAUL, or simply I'll purchase my own trailer. I definitely will not recommend this location to a friend, but will share the details of my experience with them.

Patrick DThe rating isnt due to the pickup location, it is due to the poor customer service of Uhaul. Website for checking in through the phone was completely frustrating and took forever, we should only have done the counter service to pick up the keys because it was ridiculous how many times we were asked the same thing on the U-Haul website in order to get our code for getting the keys to this van. Then we were told the van was out of commission and the people at the gas station didn’t understand why U-Haul kept letting people reserve it. In the end, after an hour of trying to get keys, we were able to drive the van away to do our moving, but the guy had to do some makeshift work around on what was out of commission on the van, he had to use a rope or some thing in order to hold a door closed and use the van. I’m not sure this was safe or right to do, but he was trying to make sure we could have a van since we reserved one for the day. Very nice people At Valley Gas, they want to help and provide good customer service, uhaul is the problem and the frustration.

Elijah CMove to a better location. The area where you drop off is at the bottom of a steep driveway. The trailer nearly rolled away from me when I disconnected it from my hitch. The only available space to leave it was between two large vans with less than four or 5 inches clearance on either side between them. Thankfully I have experience backing trailers into tight spots. The average consumer would not have been able to successfully drop this trailer off at this location.
William DFix the lock box. It didn't work and we wasted 2 hours while we were on the phone with customer service. Thank goodness a staff member came with the keys..
Karen KLet me talk to a human next time. The flurry of emails is annoying, trying to find the right one to actually rent the vehicle was like running a rat maze. I really think I will rent from some other company when I need a truck next time.
