Use locations that know something about your service! Check out process took an hour even after i completed it on line. Truck had terrible front end steering problems, glad I didn’t have to go more than a couple miles, ac in the cab was on but wouldn’t come out the vents.

Lisa JThe location was fine but that doesn't really matter since they don't help you at all. We found it a pain that you have to use the app to pick up the truck. It didn't go smoothly and time and energy were wasted to get the process completed via the app, and it's frustrating that there's literally nothing they will do at the location to help accept point us to the app. Which is not their fault. Also the items I'd requested, a dolly and furniture pads, were not there and as I said above, nothing could be done about it at the location.

CRAIG Bwe have rented from Uhaul many times over the years. I opted for counter check in when I made the reservation. The guy at the location told us he knew nothing about Uhaul and I had to check in on my phone. I had no directions for that so he sent me to the next town to cancel my reservation and reserve a truck there. I believe the two locations are co-owned but they didn't have the equipment I needed and sent us back to the original location where we spent about an hour on the phone with UHaul trying to get the app to work and enable us to get the key for the truck. Guys at second location were very helpful but at the rental location so rude and disrespectful I thought I would never use Uhaul again. Thankfully the reps on the phone were helpful and so courteous they saved the Uhaul reputation.
