When arrived Sadly the young guy has not much idea how to deal it I asked him to please inspected the vehicle because after it can occur anything and it's under my responsibility 2 things the headlights are poorly and the A/C not working as it should be

AUDREY DIt took 45 min to get my trailer and I was the only customer in the location. Nice guys but took way to long, especially since I had pre paid and entered all my information prior to picking it up. Then they made me call an 800 number to figure out where to drop it off. That doesn’t make any sense. I told them where I would be dropping it off and they said I still had to call. The trailer was shaky and sounded like it was going to break off. Then, upon arrival for drop off, no one was there to help me unload the trailer which caused even more inconvenience. Worst trailer rental experience I’ve ever had.

Joseph VUsing the online website had me choose a different trailer for a 10 foot Uhaul but it had me go to a different location via the day before pickup. I had no problem with that BUT it took 2 HOURS to get things sorted out. Worst experience with renting a Uhaul this far

I think talk to two different people told him I needed a car dolly and the guy set me up for a 6 x 12 cargo trailer that was supposed to be picked up today on Saturday, 31 August, I called and rescheduled it for picking it up yesterday, August 30, I was quoted the day before was like 80 bucks. The price I paid yesterday was 220 to pull a car from Heber to Payson. I think that’s pretty expensive. No I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go with U-Haul. I wasn’t happy with my service, I told him I wanted to drop it off and Payson. They scheduled me to drop it off in Orem, which is 25 miles from my house and the one in Payson is just up the street to jump through hoops to get it to move to Payson to drop it off took me about four hours longer to do what I was gonna do in two hours get charged for a day on a car dolly that I had for maybe three hours tops no I’m not very happy with the service I got and I definitely wouldn’t recommend you guys for anybody.
RONALD LFirst off, it took an hour to get the rental because the workers didn’t know how to get operate the computer/website. I empathized with but at the same time they really didn’t offer anything. Simply saying “sorry this took so long” would have been nice. The truck made lots of rough noises. It sounds like it is in dire need of service. I was worried the thing was going to die on me. To top it off, I started with a 1/4 tank of gas. The rental papers said it had 3/8 of a tank, but that isn’t accurate. I have a picture of the odometer and fuel level from when I first got into the truck. I left the truck with over a 1/4 tank, literally more than I started with. Of course they still charged me for fuel! What a joke. I won’t ever deal with these people again! You can try to be a nice person and these guys will take advantage of you.
GREGORY BEverything was handled improperly. I had a reservation that was not only moved by 10 hours, but then when I arrived to pick up my truck “nobody was available to rent uhaul equipment.” I lost a LOT of time and money because I decided to use this location. Their customer service is terrible, the manager told me there was NOTHING they could do to resolve this issue. Also, the truck came with NO BLANKETS OF HANDCART. I told them this and indicated it during the pickup, but was still CHARGED for blankets and the handcart. This is completely unacceptable and it was all handled very unprofessionally. I received a “refund” the night before picking it up because of the time difference but was not compensated in anyway for the extended pickup procedure (it took 45 minutes to get the key) and the improper charging of essential equipment that wasn’t provided to me. I will NEVER use uhaul again. 2 big thumbs down. This location was terrible and handle everything terribly.
