I was quoted the rental price over the phone and never told that it did not include mileage. The mileage rate was exorbitant and was never stated to me when I checked it out or back in. He never told me the total, I just looked at the total on my credit card and on the emailed receipt afterwards. If it wasn’t going to be the base price he should have told me the total. Additionally, he was not friendly and seemed put out by having to do something.
