This location was great, but you should know the real problem is in your traffic office. A woman hung up on me with no provocation, just her being unwilling to listen to a customer. RUDE. She should never be allowed to be part of any answering service again. And when I called back, the phone rang forever and a new woman answered laughing as they were talking about me...then that woman refused to give me the other woman's name but "assured" me they would address they way she spoke to me and ended the call.

KEARY AThe location does not have a dolly available but still lets you rent one. Them not having one and not contacting me prior added another 1.5 hours to my move to find one and another 50$ to rent one as opposed to the 15$ from a u haul rental. I placed the reservation 1 week prior and had no contact from this location. They could have let me know they didn’t have a dolly prior to my pick up. Place was dirty. Unprofessional. Bad experience with bad customer service.
