Absolutely no need to improve, the experience was superb. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a van or truck. Both gentlemen in the office were pleasant, competent, and a joy to work with.

These movers are horrible. Do not book with them. I repeat. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Worst moving experience of my life. They charge an extra 40 dollars if you have stairs. The broke my dresser and bedside tables. They “left their tool box at home” so they were unable to take my tvs off the wall and pull my bed frame apart. Not to mention they are rude and lack customer service.
DAYNA COverall, everything was good with the truck except that the air conditioning was not working.

Earl BOnly 1 person working at the desk, there were several waiting to be helped, made picking up a vehicle longer than usual. On the positive side, the key to the van I reserved was missing, was given another vehicle instead. It all worked out in the end. I like the cleanliness of the store.

DAVID JThe equipment was good except for the air conditioning was not consistent with it's cooling effort. It was a hot day and sometimes the ac was not work and only when the vehicle was at high speed with no traffic it would work. Otherwise the vehicle drove really good.

MICHAL MInterior of the truck was filthy. Clearly beverages had spilled in the truck and it had not been cleaned. More importantly there was a leak in the roof of the truck. I used the truck to transport multiple items in large boxes some of which were damaged by rain water that leaked into the truck. I was fortunate that nothing dropped out of the boxes thru the soiled boxes. Would not recommend the use of this U-Haul location. I’d sooner use a different company. This a very poor experience and unfortunately I don’t think I would ever use U-Haul again. Sorry.

JAURICE WItems I requested to rent weren’t there and couldn’t receive them because the location was closed. Then they charged me missing item fees as if I stole them! So I had to work harder to move and I got over charged!!!

MANOUCHKA JThe young man I spoke with at the location was friendly and receptive. However the truck was not very safe to drive, the steering kept drifting and the vehicle jerks when accelerating and stopping. I had no choice but to use the truck as the location opens at 9 and my reservation was for 8. I could not wait around till 9 to change it because I had to move all my stuff from a storage facility yesterday 11/30 before I go to work for 1pm that same day. Overall the truck did not feel safe to drive.

ANNIE GThe cabin was full of roaches. We loaded and unloaded and once we went to retrieve the sandwiches we had purchased earlier, the bag was full of roaches. That means we drove the vehicle with a cabin full of roaches. We contacted both main office and rental location and after more that 10 calls, and two parking tickets, they picked up truck. Very bad experience compared to the past. Additionally, the vehicle had 3/4 gas tank. I was not given anything for inconvenience it caused.
