The rental truck I received was not properly maintained and suffered from severe enough vibrations to hurt the driver and passengers. There should be some way that management/employees at this location can know of any malfunctions which their rental equipment is suffering before they allow customers to rent it. If there is no procedure in place to regularly inspect equipment, that is a problem. And if there is a procedure, but the particular vehicle I rented slipped under their radar, then that is a separate problem. Nonetheless, something about how this location inspects their equipment needs to change.

People were nice. A.C. Was broken in truck. Lady said sorry but I would think they would test there truck before they loaned it out. I wouldn’t have rented this truck if I knew A.C. Was broken.
