The agent and the location was fine, the computer system sucked. It was rejecting payment many times and locking up. I spent 15 minutes waiting for it just to accept payment and be able to leave. Something I noticed about Uhaul, the computer system takes way too much time. It has been that way for a long time and you don't seem to want to do something about it.
