Tasha-Kay DThis was NOT my initial location from reserved (weeks before I made a reservation at other location). UHAUL representative called me hours before to change location anf TIME. My reservation was at 07:00 and the non requested change in location made me pick up at 09:00 (opening time of new location). So basically UHAUL was to blame, not the new location. Thats the reason no 5 stars this time.
