ALISON HThere was only one person at the front desk and various customers waiting for service. Bryan helped me very good. No complaints with him, but I'm sure it's overwhelming for him to tend to customers in a timely manner and answer the phone at the same time. Then again it was lunch time so not sure if there was somebody else out to lunch.
Richard BI rent this vehicle in the morning, but I did not pick it up until the afternoon and the gas what he said it was it was not. I take a picture immediately and I called and he let me know that is nothing he can do customer service very very, very bad. Please find somewhere else to rent your truck.
