This was the smoothest rental ever. The young lady at the desk was excellent, she explained everything to you and made sure you understood everything. The vehicle was clean and in very good condition. The dolly was available for rental and everything was very easy to do. Great location and easy process!Tayna D.

The staff at that location were very helpful and professional. The hurdle experienced was with your u-haul app as I elected for the lock box since I would require the truck 1.5hrs before store opening hrs. The task was arduous and took 1 hr to complete. The app was non-responsive at the point of the photograph and there was no option to rotate the camera from a selfie. I called U-haul customer care line who transferred me to head office to a woman who was contemptuous, treated me with disdain and disconnected the line.. Your online help directed me to the u-haul website to complete the process and at least the camera there offered the option to change the view from a selfie, however, at the stage to provide the name of a contact, there was no instruction on how to proceed and again I found it necessary to contact your Chat representative who took the info, verified and supplied me with the lock box combo etc via email. I also booked through u-haul, helpers to onload and offload but for who ended up waiting over 45mins. I certainly anticipated far better treatment and help as I was at a panic stage as I watched time ticking away. Your app requires an upgrade and modernization when malfunctioning; equally your staff should be equipped with assisting your customers when your app fails. The woman at your head office appraising me that she sees I haven't completed the online process after I expressed the difficulty I was experiencing heightened my frustration as she lacked listening and resolution skills. Get your act together u-haul as I will be using the same process when I move my items out of storage in Feb 2021. I trust the process will prove to be lees of a hurdle that time around. I was charge $8.00 for gas after using the truck for 10 miles I put a gallon of gas in the truck from the gas station next door before parking it I do not see how that is . They are very unfair.JANICE T.

The truck smelled like as if it was wiped with urine.. the transmission in that specific truck is no good. And I got charged $45 for gas after putting gas in myselfmarc L.

The truck smelled bad, had some sort of spray spots all over the inside of the cab (all over the windshield, the rearview mirror) so that is was hard to see, and the turn indicator did not work properly.Jonathan G.

I rented a Uhaul from here twice. The first time the experience was good. The uhaul was clean etc. However this time, it was disgusting with infested roaches. Myself and my wife had to worry not to transport the roaches. It was overall just disgusting.SHANE G.

Your u haul switch board /customer service rep ... Ann... Was very obnoxious. She called demanding when am I taking back her truck . I tried to explain to her that I rented the truck for another day . But she was so busy demanding that I take back her truck now . She wasn't hearing me. Never in my history of renting u-haul have I heard someone been so obnoxious. For this I will not consider renting u haul again ... the place of rental was great they were courteous. The track had a lot of mechanical issues. We spent an extra 5 hours driving since the truck was shacking badly with a lot of noises. I called U-Hau customer service regarding these issues and get some compensation back due to the unsafe conditions and bad experience. My daughter received a nasty phone call asking why was the van returned at a different location. When I returned the van at West Park I was not told that I had to return it back to the same location. This location is racist. I had on a mask as instructed in order to come into the store and I was told that I couldn't come in. Even though the sign said differently. I was made to wait outside like I was less than human. Didn't understand the reason. The guy blamed it on social distance but was well within 6 feet when he came outside for me to sign the paperwork. I'm being overcharged for something that's not my fault. The West Park location has people inside with mask on. Nobody was made to stand outside in the rain. The guy checking the van when I returned lied to his boss and I was told I needed to find a ride to come back and get the van but the guy stated I could drop the van off. He reviewed my paperwork even commented on how clean the van was but then lied and stated I told him I was informed to return the van at this location. Never again will I use U-Haul.Valerie P.
