We provided two licenses (myself and spouse) for authorized drivers but apparently they only entered one, so when we returned the vehicle the desk agent (quite rudely) made an issue that an 'unauthorized person was driving,' which is not the case. Then even though we returned the vehicle a day early we were charged for the other day because it went over the '24 hour window' by 2.5 hours. So even though they had the vehicle back to re-rent we were charged for it.

I didn’t have any issues with this location per se, although the haul was late being returned from the previous customer. The u haul center was closed, but the manager Matt came in to contact that customer to see what the issue was and to help me get settled. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was all set. Thank you!

There is really no improvements called for here. The rental of your equipment was very fast and easy. The gentleman that we dealt with was extremely personable and answered all our questions and concerns. I was very pleased with my experience with U-Haul.

The roof leaked (we found out when it rained) so we and our stuff in the cab console got wet. Cup holder was half full of water when we got back into it. Would have been nice to have some sort of credit offered for that inconvenience. Needed to adjust return time but app wouldn't let us so had to call but it doesn't let you reach the local location directly, it takes you to a corporate switchboard which is annoying. Should be able to call the local location direct.

Great experience! Would definitely use them again. Very helpful and accommodating. I had to change the pickup date because my apt. wasn't ready and they made it work. Also very happy with their storage units. Very clean and well managed.

I paid 150 after refueling, driving the truck was awful. The steering wheel centered made the truck sway to the right, some how i drove 45 miles yet the truck said i drove 52. The steering was extremely delayed compared to the last time i drove it (the same truck).

Over booking trucks not being where they were supposed to be or booked 2-3 times for the same day. Thank God for Sandy at the storage rental place. She was wonderful!! Saved me big time!! U-Haul corporate was an epic failure. Hopefully it was a glitch somewhere for a couple of days and I just caught them at a bad time. Not a good experience.
