I was overcharged for fuel by a lot. The customer service person was very nice, though. I did tell her it was only halfway full, and I returned it halfway full, yet I was still charged $70 for fuel. I would like this reimbursed, please. I used no more gas than I was given.

JEREMY BThe only thing that was disappointing was using the app. It was great to be able to pick up after hours but the app was painful. Part of it was user inexperience, but some of it was the prompts didn't provide proper instructions. It took almost 30 minutes to get through the process.
