I wasn't informed I'd get charged $20 for dropping it off before they opened. And it's not thec1st time we dropped a uhaul off before they opened and never git charged,not once.They said no problem that the same worker would be there the morning of drop off. Because of this my checking account got overdrafted and you should issue a refund because it wasn't disclosed to me the customer

My reservation was for 7 hours 8:30-3:30. However when i pick up the truck she said it was until 2:30 but would increase it until 3pm. I didn't realize she took time off my reservation until after i had to review my reservation. So make sure they double check the reservation times
