The counter worker that did my contract lied about the amount of fuel in the vehicle. I told her that when it moves, its not on the spot that was on my contract. I took pictures of course. She called her manager and FaceTime him, angling it so it looked like what she said. I took pics and the manager said just return it like how it is now. So I did and they charged me an extra $30. Both pics with milage visible (milage was also wrong) shows the same gas. The counter worker was rude, more worried about her hair (it started to sprinkle) and just walked away. I knew they were going to try to steal money from me. I have rented here 3 time and I will never rent from this place again. It was all good BUT for that lady. I would request my $30 back please because its pure theft. Especially considering I showed her and she clearly saw it. Maybe this is a common thing to try to get extra fees, but this is BS. The inside was clean except the windshield (inside), nothing more dangerous than a filthy windshield in the early morning and late day trying to drive with the glare! The outside of the truck was filthy and you can tell hasn't been cleaned in months! Other than that ðŸ‘ðŸ¼john A.

I drove the truck 47 total miles and put in 29.7 gallons of gas. That's just over a mile/ gallon. I did not notice gas tank level when I got in the truck initially, but think it was Not Full. I left the fuel receipt w uhaul rep.Rex P.
The only problem was the lovely Young woman who checked me in had to go find a dolly and unfortunately one of the wheels on the dolly was flat other than that everything was amazing and your customer representative in the office Was super professional and super niceQuinton G.

The employees were very nice although 1 was not wearing a mask. The truck was filthy. I used a whole container of sanitizing wipes to clean the steering wheel it was disgusting. The truck steering was also very loose and did not stay in lane well I had to keep adjusting. Overall the truck was scary to drive for someone who doesnt drive a truck and not well cleaned in the cab for moving during a pandemic. I probably wouldnt have thought twice about the cleanliness of the cab if it werent for the virus. The building and inside were lovely and very clean.Lisa C.

Uhaul moved the location of the truck pickup further then I scheduled it on the last minute. Now I had to drive further adding additional miles to my trip that I have to pay for and not receiving any credit back from Uhaul.steve M.

I made an appointment for 9am which was confirmed. When I arrived I was told that the truck was here yet any that there was nothing else they could do. They had what turned out to be available trucks at the front which they never cared to offer instead. I called customer service as I waited over 45 mins for this truck. If it never arrived I would have been delayed even more. Customer service told me that I should qualify for the $50 reservation guarantee and to speak with the general manager at the location about it. The manager said to me â€œthis is why we shouldn't do Uhaul and told me he doesn't know how to do that.â€ This is the worst type of customer service I have ever experienced.Roneo S.

Just make sure that all the items reserved are in the truck. I really did appreciate that the customer service removed the charges for the missing equipment and the equipment that I didn't make use of as I requested with no hassle and no questions asked. That sort of service makes me more likely to use U-Haul again and especially with the self-service pickup option. It was a breeze.Anthony R.

Made several Reservations over the phone to other locations only to have each one rent out the trucks before I got there or never have a truck to begin with, then after finally getting a Truck and returning it, they charged us twice for the same rental. This location wasn't completely at fault but the experience overall and customer service during was the worst Ive experienced.Justin C.

I rented the dolly online and then spoke to an agent of uhaul which then directed me to this location for my dolly. I had done all the extra steps online to shorten the checkout time which they did not have or where able to access. When I was almost complete I was told to return the dolly to the Uhaul hub at 801 just down the street. Upon my arrival at 801 no one knew anything and was surprised to see me. The only thing that saved me was the agent at the 500 address had wrote the number and address on my paperwork for the Uhaul hub down the street.Donald C.

This is the 1st time that I have rented from THIS location, but not my 1st time using U-Haul. AGAIN, I found the outside of the truck was dirty...could have been washed....but that is not a problem as much as the inside of the windshield was disgusting. And I have found the same problems with other trucks in the past. As I was driving into the setting sun at around 6:30 p.m., the dirty window made the glare even harder than normal and then I had forgotten my sunglasses, but not sure that it would have made much of a difference. It appeared to be cigarette smoke stains on the window. And I know that this will NEVER happen, but if I had not brought the truck back with the right amount of gas, I'm sure I would have gotten charged an awful lot. In my case, I put more in than needed and it would be nice customer service to see on my bill, that I was reimbursed $5.00 for the "Extra" gas that you got for free. Thanks.Michael M.
