MARCO GThe van cut off on me three times but I couldn't turn around because I have my things in it. All I was told if I was late ill get charged? When we made it to the storage and the house it started raining bad so we had to wait? It pushed me black on time.
SANTANA Hgreat staff unfortunatly the price increased from 2 years ago but everything has. The ride was better than expected vehicle nice and clean when I picked it up.
JOSEPHINE SThe service was great. However, the rear suspension need service because when ever I cross a speed bump it makes a big noise like it doesn't have any shocks absorbed.

JHON JHave the vehicle at the location, in fact have the second location be a current u-haul location. Why did i pre-book and not only did the location change twice, but all of the equipment was not there. 700 miles of a horn type noise coming from the windshield vents. What a horrific rental and couldnt make the music loud enough.
FREDERICK SInside floor was dirty with sand and dirt as outside bumper was covered with it. Check in person needs to do a little better quality control. Robyn was awesome.!!!!

JULIANA SThe 1st 🚚 l rented the gas cover was missing. A week later I rented another truck. Before leaving the rental place l took a foto of the gas gage. Wen l finished, headed to gestation, put gas in it to replace what I have used and return truck. Next day got the bill and discovered that a charge for gasoline was in my bill. Why? I would like to know. I call and complain about It. Assign someone to my case. I have called the person assigned to complain twice already and l haven't received a call back. Is U-Haul willing to lose a customer for 2 gallon of ⛽️? What ashen.
YAMILETTH LSince price of gas is very expensive and trucks consume too much combustible (even light trucks), U-Haul should reduce their rate per mile. I only drove 17 miles and spent $12.00 in gas. Today’s Price: $3.19 per gallon In other words, the truck consumed 4.5 gallons in 17 miles. Plus, the cost per mile. That’s too much!!!

Holly LFirst of all the vehicle had food debris in it, the tank was not 1/2;full ! When I reached 60 mph on the highway, the vehicle semi and suck so bad and the air conditioning with fluctuate it was shut off and come back on! And to top it off, y’all charge me over $600 to rent a $223 price tag I would like my over $400 refunded

Jose AI reserved a 20 ft which was not available. I was given choice 10 or 26. I had no choice but to take larger one which was very hard for me to drive. I couldn't fill gas because I could not maneuver that truck. I'm 76.

Luis DThis was my first time to rent from this location, it's a very clean and organized office, the staff was very courteous. During this visit I rented a covered 6x12 trailer. On pick up day I was instructed to hitch the trailer and when done advise them so that they can take a picture of connection. While attempting (BY MYSELF) to connect the trailer to my truck, I realized that this was a two-person task. The trailer was simply too heavy for me to lift and hitch to my truck. I returned to office to get help, one of the Customer Service Agent (CSA) came out and all she could simply do was guide my truck closer to the trailer. I had no choice but to mustard my strength and lift the trailer by myself and connect to my truck. This in my view is a SAFETY ISSUE, this situation easily could have gone sideways in a very bad way. I hope Management takes note of this review and make some changes. For starters customers should not be allowed to manhandle a trailer by themselves, remember it is your equipment. A trained professional should have been there to connect the trailer and assure me that it was properly secure and safe to haul. This reassurance never took place. I made the connection to the best of my ability and the CSA took the required photo and I went on my way. I've used UHAUL services for many years and this was the first time I've encountered this situation, I'm sure they'll do the right thing.
JESUS HWas not happy that I made reservations online for a closer store, had confirmation to get truck at closer store then place of pickup changed, double the distance from me. Not cool

serge cOnly thing wrong I received 166.$ extra charge I’m sure it was an oversight however in such stressful time already with the move that was my breaking point…. The employees at the value store it where I rented were AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY understanding and helpful!

claudia rThe truck had several ants crawling throughout the drivers side of the cabin. Felt like I was crawling with bugs by the end of the 3 hour rental. Had to go home and take a shower.
Steve MThe truck was not ready at the pickup time. There was only a 1/4 tank of fuel in the truck when I picked it up and due to the long distance trip, I ended up dropping off the truck with more fuel than I started with and received no discount. Also, the air conditioning did not work.
