Marco PI am very disappointed with U-Haul. They don’t charge tolls right away, and then I find extra charges on my card without any receipt or proof. It is frustrating and unfair to be billed for things I already paid or that are not explained. This is not a transparent way to treat customers.

Erick NThe agent wrote the rental contract not as I ask. I wanted to rent for 24 hour and she wrote on the contract for 4 hours. Next day I received an email that the unit was reported to the police missing or stolen. That was the worse filing to face and stressful. The agents said after I made a call to find out what really happened that they can’t do nothing to help. After almost 2 hours on the phone with a representative person they extended the rental. It was the worse thing that can happen to anyone.

Juan GBe aware of the extra rental charge they will automatically put on your receipt and card. They falsely advertise $19.99 a day but charge more than that. The breaks were really squishy and inside floor wasn’t the cleanest but location of this store is good. Although only one entry/exit and right next to the airport/highway. Took awhile to get the keys to the van but was easy to return though the website/app.

Tatiana MThe location was not the problem - the people Value Store It were excellent. The U-Haul system, and specifically the scheduling rep Tania, were not helpful. The system confirmed a truck reservation and a time close to my house. When I arrived to pick it up I was told there were no trucks. I called to get it resolved and was told I had to go farther away and that I HAD TO PAY FOR THE ADDITIONAL MILEAGE. And when Tania rescheduled at the new location she shorted me more than an hour on the rental time WITHOUT TELLING ME OR OFFERING ANY COMPENSATION. U-haul is usually disorganized, but this was terrible. I will take my future business elsewhere.

bryan cGood morning, the van had a bad smell and the right rear tire had low pressure 33 PSI, I told the Front Desk staff and they told me that this was not their problem, that I should put air in the tire, incredible that you pay for a service and what the customer has to do
